Suzuki GSXR 1000 Chain Guard 2001-2004 Black

For the following years 2001 2002 2003 2004 GSXR 1000 GSX-R 1000. Replaces OEM part # 61311-35F01 .These are POWDER COATED Not cheap paint!! If you do not know what powder coating is and how it works please look it up on youtube. I do not have time to explain. The powder coated and carbon fiber look one's are made from .125 thick aluminum. The polished stainless steel one is made from .125 thick SS. It has the GSXR logo cut out of it to add a unique look to your bike. This is the best and the lowest priced custom chain guard available PERIOD! Yes you will see some that look like mine but they were copied from me. I have the blue prints to everything I make. But they are making them out of thinner stuff and they have been breaking under the vibration. The installation is so simple that it does not require/include any instructions. I do not supply hardware. You should use your existing hardware anyways. Do not buy this expecting all kinds of hardware because there is none. If you need hardware then you will have to get your own from the dealer. But if yours is stock then you won't need any. I have bare that has just been de burred so you can paint them whatever color you want to (less money). Also have some that have a chrome look (polished from .125 thick stainless steel) and some that have a carbon fiber look (hydro dipped) too (these are more money). INSTALLATION: The installation is just a matter of unbolting and bolting mine up with your existing hardware. It is HIGHLY recommended to use Loctite on all threaded areas when applying after market parts to your bike.
