Product isn’t working as per my expectations
Whenever I try to cover it with the lid, the baati stops working. What’s the point of using this if I am not able to cover it. I’ve tried this for ample number of times but it isn’t working .

Decorate India Brass Small Akhand Diya with Molded Glass
The item projected in the ad is not exactly what the supplier is providing. Though the brass parts are up to the mark the glass enclosure is of poor quality. If they can improve the quality of glass enclosure definitely the sale will improve. I do admit that review submitted was mine. I am seeing the demand for this item especially in AP, TN, Karnataka and Telangana especially in this Karthika masa, people will light lamps in their houses and temples. As I mentioned the quality of the glass should be improved.

Instruct delivery agency.
Product was good and glass quality and thickness is also good. Problem occurred during delivery person left product outside the door instead of security or reception quaunter. Request you to instruct delivery agency.If product was costly i-phone and misplaced due to wrong step follow by delivery person. Who is the responsible and who will bear the cost of lost item ?
