Mrs Armitage Queen Of The Road

My 7 year old granddaughter loved this book, the story and the illustrations. She can now tell you all about it in great detail. She loved it. REcommend.

There is no one like Quinten Blake. His simplistic line with such fun and action attached and the heart warming loose coloring can't help to make you smile, you almost now the the whole story just looking at his marvelous artwork. Wish I owned all his work. Maybe my next purchase will be his latest treasury book.

Noch ein Buch, das meinem Neffen so gefällt, dass er ganz nebenbei englische Wörter lernt. Und das Vorlesen macht nicht nur der Tante Spaß! ;-)

We LOVE Mrs Armitage! 'Mrs Armitage and the Big Wave' and 'Mrs Armitage on Wheels' have been read over and over and over. So I was very happy to find a third Mrs Armitage book. Mrs Armitage is quite mad and no one else seems to notice, which my kids find extremely funny. If you don't have any other the three yet, I think it's best to start with Big Wave. This is Quentin Blake at his best.
