Mimi's Diva Dryer Microfiber Hair Turban, Pink

I love these turbans! Helps to dry my hair a bit quicker, but what I love the most is that they are lightweight & secure...I don't feel like I'm having to balance my head all the time like a do when wearing a regular towel. I know some other reviews complained that it was too small & too hard to put on, but I don't find it to be so. With the elastic banding I think that is plenty big - and I have a large-sized head and lots of hair. I've found that it's easy to put on if I: 1. flip my head & hair over upside down 2. put the button on the back side against the nape of my neck 3. get all my hair tucked inside 4. twist the whole thing, starting at the end of my hair 5. pull the twist back over my head & clip the elastic over the button.

I've been using this item for about 2 years now. It does speed up the dry time a little, but the reason I love it is that I don't have some giant towel on my head (that keeps toppling off) while I'm putting on makeup, getting dressed, etc. Also, this thing is great for vacation. You know how they only give you 3 towels when you go to a hotel? AND they are usually smaller than the ones you use at home? Well, I bring my turban with me and I don't have to have my husband call the front desk for more towels. It's also great for keeping your dry hair up and out of the tub when taking a bath.

It's a fun towel and better than a traditional bath towel that I've been using in the past. It's nice that it's not heavy and stays put on my head and really does decrease drying time. The microfiber helps keep hair from frizzing. The only problem is the first time I used it the button fell off. I have since resewn the button back on but I wish it was a better secure button and better loop to hook it with. All in all I think it'a a great product!

This microfiber towel works great and absorbs a ton of moisture from my hair, but it's barely big enough to wrap it around my hair and button it to the back of the towel. It should have been much bigger and had a better fastening mechanism.

Maybe it's just me but I feel $12 is a bit much for one hair towel (I'd like to see 3 in a pack but who wouldn't?) Anyways, price point aside, I think this is a great find. One of my girlfriends was wearing this turban at the spa on the last cruise we went on and I really liked it - especially the button to hold it in place! I usually use a regular bath towel in the morning but it is really heavy and I think the pulling from all that weight is probably not so great for my hair either. This is very light, absorbs well (though no better then a bath towel, it's still impressive for being just a fraction of the size) and it is sorta cute :). I bought mine in pink and now that I know I like it, I'll probably buy at least 2 more. I do wish they had different colors or prints to choose from instead of just the white/pink. TIP: I read a few reviews where people struggled with getting the loop to reach the button. I too had the same problem but found that there is a trick to getting this turban to work (even with my big noggin). Before you start twisting the fabric, draw the length of the turban so that the elastic is somewhat 'taut'. Once fully extended, then twist and you should now find that you have just enough fabric length to attach the loop to the button in the back. I found that if you start twisting first (prior to lengthening the elasticized fabric) you simply won't have enough length or 'give' to reach that button in the back. Hope this helps!

Exactly what I needed. It took me a few tries to figure out how to actually put it on. It is a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out it was perfect. I have long thick hair and was afraid it would be too small, but it seems to fit all of it just fine. It stays on pretty well, and it doesn't dry it super thick but it definitely helps it dry faster than just letting my hair air dry. Great product overall, I really needed something like this and I love it.

This is the third Mimi's Diva Dryer hair towel I've owned in the last four years. I use the hair towel every time I shower. The button used to keep the towel on my head is secure and easy. My hair is a little past my shoulders, so if I don't wrap my wet hair up, it will drip. The towel no only keeps my hair out of my face while I do my make-up, etc., it also helps hair dry faster.

This is the most absorbent brand of hair turbans I have purchased. Found one at Tuesday Morning years ago and glad to see Amazon selling them. They are comfortable to wear and get my hair much drier so I don't have to use a hair dryer very long to finish the drying. Much healthier for my hair. I have long hair and it fits inside the turban without issue. Highly recommend. The large button slips in the loop easily so it is easy to get on and take off.
