How do you change cooking surfaces

The cables just unhook from the grate or plate, then 2 bolts on either side. It takes me about 5 minutes. The grill plate is VERY HEAVY. Watch out for pinched fingers. I only wish there was a rotisserie attachment too, but I'll weld one up myself. I find it works best with "cowboy charcoal". I set up some bricks and use an old grate, and set the coals about 6" under and it cooks great! Im very happy with it.

Can the legs be removed from the base?

Yes, the legs are bolted to the base with (4) nuts and bolts on each side.

Can this be left outside in rain or snow uncovered when not in use?

I leave it outside in the rain and I’ve had no problem

Where is this grill made?

At current year 2022, I was able to talk to Titan product specialist and they confirmed that these Santa Maria grill (including the smaller and round version) are “designed in US but made in China! Now I’be decided to get the American made Engelbrecht braten Santa Maria grill for $100 more!!!!
