I'm a professional player so I needed a kinesiology tape urgently since I had run out of my regular K-tape. This is not a good tape at all!! It's a waste of 1000 rupees. A good KTape is suppose to withstand 3 days of training sweat or any kind of water. This is not a good tape at all!! It comes of while I'm still in middle of my training. I saw its recommendation on a site for top 10 kinesio tape. The worst kind of KTape I have ever come across. DO NOT BUY THIS TAPE

Ultimate product, the best

It's pretty bad - the tape comes off within 20-30 minutes of putting it on. I really thought it'd be a lot more adhesive since this seemed like the original KT tape, but it's pretty useless. Maybe great if you're going to put it on and go for long, leisurely walks, but not so great if you're going to be doing any sort of exercise with moderate intensity.

I've used a bunch of different brands at work, and I have to say, the Therabrand Tape is really nice. It's easy to cut, doesn't seem to fray, and stays on when applied. I'm quite happy with it and have repurchased several times. Bonus, clients like looking like Spider Man with the red tape.

I'm a backpacker and was looking for different types of tape that could last and stay in place on my foot. I have 2 areas on my left foot that I sometimes get a hotspot. This was 1 of 3 brands I purchased. The thing I like most about this tape is that it has a peel off strip so I don't have to take the roll. I just cut a bit and take a few strips for my multiday trips. In comparison to leukotape, I find that this doesn't tear my skin when taking it off. It's a bit stretcher so I'm able to stick it on my achilles and wrap around with no raised areas. The tape breathes well and stayed in place for 15 miles of rough terrain. Great purchase for backpacking.
