Purchased this as a cat had decided that my flower bed was it's new litter tray. Having a dog a didn't think it would be a good idea to get an ultrasonic type of repeller, so plumpt for this one. Setting it up was easy enough and it does seemed to have worked as no more cat 💩 in my flower bed. I usually set it up to use during the night, I have an expanding hose which holds about 5liters of water.I pressurise the hose between the tap and the repeller then turn off the tap. After the first few days the hose was empty in the morning indicating the sensor had been triggered, after that the hose remained just about full, indicating it had not been triggered. My only negative observation is the sensor cannot easily be switched off, you have to remove the batteries, but overall it's great.

seems to work for my plant beds keeps the cats from pooping in them and after a few days they get the message. But don't forget its there or you'll get a soaking. 🙂

Great product, I would use it on a short hose or there may not be the required water pressure to complete its cycle. Does it work? Only time will tell.

Promising product – however the build quality, much in step with the product's intended purpose, is a pile of 💩. The plastic tube connecting to the metal stake broke as soon as I tried to fix it in the ground, never got to use it.

Update: Unfortunately has to lose another star as the second one has now broken after just a few weeks. The thread has snapped off at the bottom of the plastic extension tube. A good product let down again by poor materials. I would now hesitate to recommend this 😥 Works well to deter a very persistent local heron and several cats that have been using my garden as a litter tray. However, it must lose one star for poorly fitting plastic end cap that blew off after just one day and would not stay on due to very poor threads on the ground spike. I returned it for a replacement and immediately changed the plastic cap for a brass one. Fitted it with plenty of PTFE tape and tightened it carefully but firmly by hand only. No problems since. Overall I would recommend it but with the above modification.

Superb !!!!! .i have two cats myself and it stopped them from using the grass as litter tray, Works superbly just after one day no more cats ruining the grass and kept them away from the grass.Put together ok only issue I had was being able to adjust height of water but got there in the end!!

I purchased this to try and deter pigeons from bathing in my fishpond which was creating a nasty white film on the surface . And great it works and without harming the birds and should also deter herons cats etc Added bonus it’s fun seeing the results of the spraying !

This was great for 1 night then the head stopped turning, i sent 2 messages to try and troubleshoot the problem but had no reply back so instead got a refund through amazon, these products are actually great a keeping foxes from digging all over the garden but unfortunately this one stopped working and doesn't spray very far even with a fully open tap.

The distance for the sensor is too great and you cannot change it. In a small backyard my dogs trigger it too easily, and aren't unable to move around without setting the sprinkler off. Also, the watering area is too great not suitable for a small area.
