I take this in the morning upon wakening. I find it very supportive in terms of anxiety reduction but in tandem with daily meditation and physical exercise. Taking a break from it now I can see a difference not having it in my system. It was very effective. To those taking in the evening I'd suggest trying it in the morning instead to see if it works better for you.

Good product

Feels very good and nice immediately after 30mins taking 300mg of it. All anxiety gone. For some ppl like me it is acting as stimulant, which many others have also commented. That means it won’t allow to sleep, although there is a feeling of mind relaxation. I took 300mg of it around 11pm and had to take Clonazepam 0.25 mg at 2.00am i.e. after 3hrs to get a good sleep. Since it was quite late in the night, I wondered if I would feel fresh in the morning after waking up. Generally it happens to me that sleeping very late in the night yields very grogginess in the next morning with whole day feeling very low. But, to my surprise I woke up absolutely fresh in the morning, which was beyond my expectations. Please check at low dosage of 100/200mg GABA first before taking a more dose than this, that how your mind syncs with it. Otherwise, it may be likely that whole night one has keep awake.

It actually works , i take one in the morning 30 min before breakfast and whole day i am calm , it helps some sorts of people and i'm one of them. So happy :)

Doesn't seem to do anything, except sometimes giving pins and needles on the face !

This, along with l theanine and primrose - keeps me unhindered. Doesnt keep you in a fog or trance like state but stops your thought process jumping every which way and aids you in grounding yourself.
