My husband ordered this product and he loves it. It does exactly what it says it can and more, would definitely recommend purchasing this product. I would say I would buy it again but I do not see a reason I would have to do so as this is very good quality product. Very simple to use and navigate the instructions given. Functionality is beyond what I expected and offers more than I expected. Products size is about 3.5 inches long by about 2inches wide. The engine light kept coming on saying low boost only for this product to tell us it was a sensor that needed replaced and saved us 100s in shop bills.

Terrible. Just won't connect, no matter what you do. And even if it does, it takes a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes. This aside from the ridiculous cost of in-app credits that are required to do anything with it in the first place. Horrible horrible horrible

Easily worth the price of admission in comparison to having to take your car to the dealership or even a third party mechanic. Anyone complaining about the price is probably delusional to begin with. My 2018 Audi Q7 had a malfunctioning left side indicator (very common issue) in the headlight module and whenever the lights turned on a fault appeared in the instrument cluster. Very annoying indeed. Using this scanner, I was able to turn the side indicators off completely (they are tiny and barely visible to begin with even when working properly) and obviously the fault is no more. Going to the dealership to have them do this for me, if they would have at all (might be considered a safety issue), probably would have cost a bare minimum the cost of the scanner if not more. In conclusion, just this one issue was quickly and easily solved, and I saved money and time and now I have the scanner to use again if I need it. A+++++

Really good for reading error codes, expected more personalization (i.e. ability to program new battery), but car model is slightly older so that might be why I didn't have it. Expensive but really easy to use and more reliable than alternatives

My VW Atlas front sensor needed to be recalibrated so that my cruise control would work again. I searched and read info in many groups and found that either you either have to take vw’s to the dealer to get that fixed or buy an OBDeleven pro and do it yourself. The cost at the dealership supposedly would have been well over $1000 upwards to $1800. We were able to do it ourselves with the OBDeleven. So happy to have bought it and it can be used over and over again.

Honestly, terrible barely connected to Bluetooth always disconnects while you’re trying to even use a thing then it tries to make you buy these credit things and then it tries to make you buy yearly subscriptions. It’s basically a step-by-step process of how to get more and more money out of you to probably not even fix your vehicle.

If you have a VW atlas or VW atlas cross sport premium R Line, I found this wasn’t very useful as most features are really changeable and are already active. I also am not a fan of the fact you have to purchase the device first, then you have to purchase a subscription to use applications to change features and then after that you have to purchase points to actually use the apps to change the features on your vehicle. Bottom line this a very expensive purchase and it’s not really Game Changing.

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

Quick delivery. Good quality. Easy to set up, easy to use. Some features doesn't work with my car like disable stop/start. Still highly recommend
