This following review is of sony XS-FB693E 3 WAY speakers attached to a 4 channel amp with RMS rating of 80 watts per channel and after the burn-in period of the said speakersPros-The speakers are good, have enough loudness, good built quality,fit and finish.The sound quality and clarity are also good for the given price pointMid frequency and high frequency sounds are goodBest in conditions where you have an under rated amp or make use of headunit itself to use these speakers.Cons-The RMS is 60 watts so it requires a amp to get it's cone fully working to its potential.Low frequency or the Bass is not at all heavy and strong as I have previously used jbl and infinity which provide strong and punchy bass and these sony speakers are more like loudspeakers which are good on mid and high frequency but lack the bass.The bass provided by these speakers is more of a upper bass which can be heard and not felt so you don't feel the punch.Sony speakers focuses on quantity and not quality sound.The speakers are loud enough but miss out on the voice or vocal clarity which the brands like jbl, infinity provide and then there is the price gap which makes these sony speakers more pocket friendly.The speakers produce distortion or noice if you play bass boosted songs via the amp as these speakers are not designed to handle that extra bass.

Works as mentioned. Crystal clear decent sound at this price point. Local car accessory shop charges almost double. Got it fitted by local mechanic. Value for money. Screw and wires provided.

Rubbish. Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever bought. Wasted Rs. 2400 for nothing. Completely disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to install, good quality, the rms is around 45watts but peak power is around 200watts so,there should be no problem with 55watts amplifier but have distortion when i keep full volume on amplifier.

The media could not be loaded. Pros:+ Amazing Lows, Mids & Highs (Especially when paired with an Xplod Sound System).+ Very tight punchy bass (make sure you use a non ported enclosure).+ The highs are very pleasing (unlike some component systems that make you wish you were deaf).+ Runs completely fine without an amplifier.+ You wont feel the need for a sub woofer.Cons:- Sound slightly distorted on very high volumes.(if you're listening to music that loud you're probably an idiot, but a good amplifier should fix this).Notes:If you listen to a lot of Hip Hop, Electronic, Dubstep you will enjoy these speakers.Other genres and music with a lot of vocals will sound average (you will have to play around with your sound system EQ to get them to sound right).Also there is a stencil thats part of the box that can be torn out, incase you want to make your own enclosure.

These car speakers from sony are good if you like clean clear sound. However they lack the thumping bass sound, but have a decent bass sound. If you like a deeper bass it would be advisable using a subwoofer. The highs and mids are very good on these speakers
