I have KP and so do my kids and husband. When I discovered glycolic acid as a treatment, i searched for lotions containing it. Sadly, not to many were out there. I found one from Sephora but they were too expensive so I wasnt able to use it consistently. Then I discovered her youtube videos and saw that she put out a skin care line and found this! I use this along with the body scrub and its been amazing. My KP bumps are 90% minimized, no more red dots, minimal bumps. My thighs and backs of my arms haven't been this smooth since I was a little girl. Im now in my mid 40's and I have smooth skin. I can feel confident wearing shorts again instead of hiding my thighs. I can wear tank tops and not hide my arms in long sleeve shirts even in the dead of summer. This is truly life changing if you suffer from KP. But one caveat is you must be consistent. There's no cure for KP so if you stop using it, KP just comes back. THis lotion is not heavily scented, just a clean fresh smell and absorbs easily. I recommend using it right after showering when you skin is still damp. I use the scrub every other day and the lotion every day and it has kept the KP bumps at bay. I will forever be buying this product so please don't ever discontinue this.

I don’t ever write reviews. However, I felt I needed to inform everyone who suffers with hyperpigmentation. I have been searching and wasting so much money on numerous products that so call “remove/fade dark spots”. I have only been using this product for 2 weeks and it has drastically helped. I wish I took pictures to show the difference. I’ll list my routine below because even I’m not sure if it’s just this lotion that’s the miracle or if it’s a combination I’ve been using. Here is my regime of daily products: SLMD SALICYIC ACID facial wash Kojic acid facial bar SLMD AHA BHA facial pads Azelaic acid serum “recipe brand” Lastly I use the SLMD GLYCOLIC ACID lotion, it does tingle when it’s on but it goes away. I do this every morning and night: hope it can help someone else, suffering with hyperpigmentation.

This is the best body lotion I have ever used (i’ve tried many) and it’s the only lotion i’ve tried that has actually helped the KP on my arms and legs. It’s the perfect combo of exfoliation and hydration. It is lightweight and goes on silky smooth and absorbs perfectly into the skin. It has no added fragrance, so it has a bit of an acidic smell but it doesn’t bother me at all. Fragrance shouldn’t be in skincare anyway! My skin is the softest it’s ever been, there is less texture and i’ve noticed it has also lightened some dark spots i have. It’s also great for preventing ingrown hairs! I use it after every shave/wax. 100% recommend.

This product it fantastic and won't dry out your skin while drying out the acne!! Love it!! Scent could be worked on but doesn't stop me from keeping it as a staple item in my nightly routine!
