Thank you Urban ReLeaf!! This saved my piercing! This is my second purchase of this product, and I LOVE it. My nose piercing was irritated with a nose bump (a little pus and redness) for 3 months, and I had tried warm water soaks as well as sea salt soaks for months straight. The warm water soaks were not making a difference, and the pure sea salt soaks were too irritating. I found this product randomly on Amazon, and decided to give it a try. With my first use of this product, I just knew it was going to be able to heal my piercing. I didn't think that anything would take the bump away. I have been using it as directed (I do not rinse it off after soaking) for about one month now, and my nostril piercing is almost completely healed! The bump and pus is gone, and this product cleaned it out, dried it up (but not excessively) and I think that the combination of tea tree oil, aloe, and Vitamin E helped soothe it as well. It does not sting at all, and it has a refreshing, natural scent. Thank you Urban ReLeaf for making the perfect piercing care product. I will continue to purchase this, and I hope that you never stop making it! BTW: My first order of this came in a cute little container with a snap off lid that is easy to use. My second order of it came in the little tub as pictured. I love that I can reuse the snap off-lid container on a daily basis, and I refill it as needed from the "little tub" container.

i am genuinely the worst at piercing aftercare - i can keep up with the daily cleaning for at most maybe 3 weeks, after that i toss the fate of my piercing up to the universe. this salt soak has managed to cure every single sticky piercing bump situation that i have encountered. my nostrils both had some issues with bumps and uncleanliness, but after just a few days of this soak the problems truly disappeared. my most problematic piercing has been my helix, she has been popping up with bumps every day for the entire year that i’ve had her. partly my own fault for not bothering with healing it (“if it ain’t a keloid i don’t care” mindset), but this salt soak IS MAGIC. after only applying it daily for about a week or so, my helix bumps have finally gone down and the piercing is no longer painful, literally cured overnight. and once again, i am THE WORST at aftercare. so long as you aren’t developing keloids, i 100% recommend this salt soak, she will absolutely help cure even the most stubborn of piercings! it’s also a great bang for your buck - i’ve had one small jar of this soak for about two years now and she has been there for me through thick and thin!! (another bonus is that it smells amazingly fresh, incredibly soothing)

Excellent for healing keloids after piercings

I have to admit, when it first arrived, I was skeptical because of how small the container was, but a little goes a MIGHTY long way. I originally purchased this product to help heal a temperamental, stubborn oral piercing. For MONTHS, my piercing refused to let me change it out for anything other than what it was pierced with (despite me using high quality titanium piercing when swapping out jewelry). I was at a loss and decided that if this product didn’t work, I would have to surrender my piercing, but lo and behold this stuff whooped my piercing into shape and now I can wear whatever jewelry I want! I still regularly clean my piercings with it, as well as doing a piercing friendly mouth wash to keep my oral piercings extra clean and healthy.

This is the 2nd time I got a nose piercing, this time on the left nostril but this time I was having an issue with the piercing healing. It’s been 13 months & the chamomile soaks & aspirin, etc. wasn’t working long term. I just bought this product & instantly saw a difference. The bump on my nose started to peel & there was instant relief. I’ll update this later. 4 stars because the container was full to the top & I spilled a lot just trying to open the container. Grateful they packed it but not t the expense to spilling it on me. The smell is very clean.

I cannot rave enough about this brand or this product! I purchased this as a last effort to calm down inflamed cartilage piercings. I went to the piercer who told me to clean it twice a day with the recommended saline spray, don’t touch it & it would get better. After a month of letting it be & following those instructions I was still left with keloid looking bumps that were extremely painful. I followed up again & they told me the same thing as before. So, I did what they tell you not to do & found alternative methods of treatment. I did what another user suggested & sprayed a cotton swab with the saline spray & made a paste with the salt, lathered it on my piercings & went to sleep. I would rinse it in the shower in the morning & put the Urban ReLeaf piercing bump oil on with a q-tip after I got out & not touch it again until before bed when I would repeat the treatment. After a week, they have healed substantially! Not 100% but way more progress than I was seeing otherwise. This stuff is a holy grail & amazing if you’re feeling like nothing is helping & want some relief! Warning: the salt paste is not the recommended treatment so do it at your own discretion & be forewarned that it doesn’t feel great at first, especially when your piercing is angry, but it will get better!
