Excellent Quality & Very Sturdy
This came and assembly took less than 5 min. It has a sleek and well-built quality. I have never used anything like this and I was amazed how sturdy and comfortable it was. I had my husband stand by as I tried it out in case I was wobbly or wasn't able to get into position. I got into position nearly effortless and felt very secure and in control. My husband also tried it out (6'3") and he loved it. We tried various postures from the poster that comes with it and was actually able to do many of them and it engaged many muscles. The padding is also very comfortable. Last night I began to get a headache and thought I'd see if this would help and it definitely did relieve some pressure/pain. I am pleasantly surprised how much I like and actually use this product. Excellent quality & great price!

Great product, Inversion at Home!
I love my Yoga inversion bench. This is great for any one suffering from back pain, or wanting to explore flexibility. This was very easy to assemble, as all the pieces and parts are very intuitive - I didn't even have to read the directions and had it set up in 10-15 minutes. I was hesitant with how comfortable this bench was going to be, but to my surprise the cushion gives me the support I need to do my workout and relieve back pain. While this is a very sturdy product, if you've not exercised your core or have a decent body balance, it is easy to "fall over" the bench and allow gravity to get the best of you - this means if you happen to go up and over, you risk the chance of lifting the bench and taking it with you. Be mindful. If you've practice yoga, core exercises or balance training, this would be a great item to add to the routine, it takes workouts to the next level.

No issues after 6 months of use
I have read a few negative reviews and cannot relate to them at all. This thing is great!! It's easy to assemble and very sturdy, I've had no issues with stability. It looks very nice, the stitching and construction has held up great and it's as good as new after 6 months of use. Easy to clean, I use makeup remover if my kid gets it dirty. I can do headstands and handstands, but this allows me to really practice my inversions and legwork without the stress on my body and condition for circus arts that I'm dabbling in. Wonderful product. I bought this rather than the Feetup trainer with no regrets. It might be worth mentioning that the 2nd cushion fits onto the base so you can use it as a seat, stool, ottoman, whatever... but you have to use the 2nd set of hand screws to secure it, you can't just put the 2nd cushion on and off without unscrewing/rescrewing it each time. Not a big deal at all. Definitely get this item if you're looking for a cheaper option to the Feetup.

4 stars based on price point
I giving it 4 stars based on the price. The product works as it should. Seems study, but I am only 110lbs so it feels sturdy for my weight. It came in great condition with a couple of scratches due to shipping, but nothing horrible. Absolutely easy to assemble. I did it without even looking at instructions page. Looks nice in the white. I don't think the extra pad will be used, but the chair stand serves it's purpose. I don't like the wood panel that goes through the middle on the front. I get that it needs it for support, but I feel like at some point I am going to hit my shins while trying other poses. Overall, fairly good quality product, but it feels overpriced. I don't see how a couple of woods sticks and padding is worth 90$ I bought it because it was recomended in reviews but I think it's too expensive. For the price it should feel indestructible and I feel like if I drop it it may break a leg. So, if money is not a problem, get this one, but otherwise look at the cheaper options. There are so many out there at different price points that look exactly the same. Oh and btw it's made in China. Dissapointng as I thought I was ordering something made in the US.

Great tool
I can’t believe how wonderful this thing is! My goal for this year was to stand on my head but it was hurting to do it on the floor and i had a hard time getting up and staying up. Saw this product and wanted to see if it helped. I popped up the very first time. It has been great!

My New Best Friend
I use to be a martial artist and a bodybuilder for most of my twenties. (Early 30's now.) I've been chronically ill the last 3-4 years with a lot of health problems and haven't been able to get back to working out. I wanted to find something to help get me active again, allow me to progress and challenge my exercises, and that would help with my back pain. I have a really bad back that actively flares more than not. I have never been able to even do a cartwheel, and in my teenage years I actually injured my shoulder trying to do traditional hand stands. The thought of being upside down is uncomfortable but I wanted to give this a try anyway. I'm SO glad I did! I debated between the FeetUp! Version and this one for a few months. I really love that the FeetUp is eco-friendly and that they pay their employees a liveable wage...but I couldn't justify paying double the price for the same thing when I am not getting paid a liveable wage myself lol. Honestly, this product is the same and constructed just as well. I wouldn't pay more than the $90 I spent on it, but it was well worth it. I have only had it a week and have seen a benefit, but more so in ways I wasn't expecting rather than for the intended purpose of back pain relief. First, let me just say this was pretty easy to put together myself. The directions were subpar but it doesn't take an engineer to figure it out. It's SOLID. Granted, I'm only about 120 lbs but when I have felt unsteady and bent too far backwards I have not tipped. I would recommend started up against a door or wall until you get use to the movement of going up and build your stability. I could perform a headstand immediately but it took me a day or two before I really started getting comfortable. It has helped my back pain some. But what I really noticed most is my lung capacity, neck and shoulders. Initially, I thought the pressure was too much and would end up causing shoulder or neck problems. On the contrary, once I was right side up and walking around they actually felt BETTER. I didn't realize my neck and shoulders were in bad shape because I notice my back pain more so. In turn, relieving this pressure off my shoulder and neck I think contributes to my back relief. I'm still battling back pain, but its only been a week and it is improving. Also, holy cow I feel like I can breathe! I have a habit of holding my breath or not taking adequate breaths. For some reason, being upside down allows my lungs to expand and I notice it the rest of the day. Again, didn't realize how little I was breathing properly until I started doing this. Finally, I've noticed it's helped my digestive track. I have horrid stomach issues and am ALWAYS nauseous. Again, for some reason being upside down relieves the force of gravity on my digestive system and it reduces my nausea and acid reflux. I am up to using this thing for 20 minutes to an hour at a time if I have that much time in one block. I can already tell I'm building a lot of core and arm strength. If I keep this up, my arms are going to be stacked and my abs ripped. I love how they included the extra cushion even if I don't use it all the time. It also came with some resistance bands and a large poster of exercises you can do with this inversion stool. Overall, this so far was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I was super skeptical of all the good reviews, because usually that's a sign to me that they are paid and not genuine reviews. But, I can attest that they are true. I personally had no issues with the construction of mine. All the holes lined up perfectly and it was constructed very well. I highly recommend! I'll post an update in the future of my health journey with this.

Super
Very solid headstand bench. Easy to put together. Clean style and appearance. It also came with a guide for a range of other exercises that can be done with this bench, plus some stretch bands. But headstands are my focus. And most important of all, I feel safe using it. My physical condition prevents me from doing headstands without support. For those not in the know, yoga headstands are one of the best natural exercises for stimulating and invigorating the entire body, especially the circulatory system, regardless of age. If you are not doing headstands and are otherwise physically able to perform them with or without a support bench, then you should start!

Yoga Teachers Love This!
Absolutely love this! As a yoga teacher, I love doing regular handstands with just myself in the mat, but this bench allows to help teach beginners and others so much flexibility for those more advanced. The visual photo guide to all the with the bench allowed me to try may different poses that I’ve never seen or tried before. The bench is sturdy, comfortable, and very easy to put together. It took less than 5 minutes to assemble.
