I got this for my mom since we could not get any other in India you cant compare it to the ones in Japan like Zojirushi or Tiger but it does the job at 1/10th the price and mom likes it and uses it well not sure if she can use the advance features of Zijirushi to program the kettle etc with ease but this one works just fine in short satisfied.

The dispenser pump buttom was not working since delivery and now auto dispesing totally stopped working.

Good product so far. Instead of the complicated "hand Pump" and a "Motor-Pump" for dispensing, a cheaper and more reliable "Tap" would've been better.

Terrible customer service. The Thermopot stopped working within 1 month. I keep chasing the customer service and the technician has not come for 10 days. They keep telling me that someone will come but no one comes. Don't buy ever.

This product is very good in use and it would help you keeping your water warm all time it has super cool options like two way dispense and auto reboil and clean .it is an must buy product if you want to keep your drinking water safe and warm.

The product is okay and as per expectation. Many new enhancements can be done to improve the product.

I am using this from 2017 in my nutrition club, it is working in very good condition till now. You can buy this without any second thought as per my experience.

Writing this review just after a year of usage . Work pretty well till Sept. and was very happy till it gave up. Not sure what is wrong with the flask, it stop heating just after one year. Check the power connection that work perfectly but the power is not going into the flask and not heating anymore
