This is a great little desktop gizmo to have around. It lights up very brightly when set to bright, though you cannot control the brightness on any of the variable lighting modes such as fade and smooth. It is very pretty and I enjoy looking at it.My only two complaints are a minor one and a not so great one. The minor is that it was not printed at a high enough resolution to make the print layers as invisible as possible, and the effect is very pronounced near the poles. The not so great is that it will not only turn on, but also change colour when tapped anywhere on the device, rather than simply powering it on and off by touching the charging port at the bottom per the instructions.Other than that, I really do like it. It is bright enough to light up my room at night even on low, though perhaps low is a little too bright at night? Yes, that second pic is with the light at the lowest setting. Either way that is negligible. It is fun to have on, especially in the fade mode which transitions between all of the colours over time. I tested the timer at 15 minutes and it worked just fine, so have no reason to believe the others would not be the same. I currently keep it next to a little airplane model that sits on my desk.I only gave this 4 stars because of my two caveats above, but if those do not bother you, then there is nothing to worry about. :)

It is super cute, but touch feature does not turn off and on. You have to go through the whole range of colors before it turns off. Also, not quite as bright as I had hoped. It is still aesthetically pleasing.

Just wanted a little fun gift no particular reason and it was really appreciated.

Fine quality, but not realistic, no craters. Best feature is that u don't need remote to change colors; just tap bottom to cycle thru colors and modes. My favorite being the slow fade from one color to the next, thru all colors.

It’s pretty and has worked for a long time! If you misplace the remote, though, you’re kind of screwed. It used to change colors when tapped on the bottom but doesn’t anymore.

Love this moon lamp! Well made. Charges quickly and literally lasts days before needing to charge again (after staying on from 10pm-8am.) Shipped and received super fast. Would recommend to anyone. My kids both wanted one badly, I looked for DAYS and read so many reviews and didn't know which seller to go with but so glad I went with this one! Thank you for an awesome product!

I love to turn on this light at night before I go to sleep. It adds a nice light that relaxes me as I fall asleep. I love that I can put it on a timer and that it has so many different color options. This would be a cute addition or any bedroom or dorm room.
