Love it!
Alphapup is a fun toy, my kid just loves it.. especially the wiggly tail. Having small rope with a handle avoids choking hazards.. best toy for 9m + babies.

A,B,C,Dog...
I bought this toy for my one year old nephew, who is just starting to walk. Though he's not taking a deal of steps just yet, the AlphaPup has plenty of other features to keep him entertained, other than just being a pull-along.The dog I purchased is in 'LeapFrog' colouring, i.e. white and green, though it is worth noting that there are 'gender specific' versions available if your little girl is a fan of pink. Along his back are multi-coloured keys, each a letter of the alphabet. These can be pressed to sound out the letter, and also a word which is then used in a sentence. It's a fun introduction to phonics and the alphabet. The voice used is pleasant, cheery, and, most importantly, an English accent. When the AlphaPup is being dragged around the floor, his irregular wheels give him a bouncy little walk which set his rubbery tail wagging. He 'sings' one of three songs, pausing if your little one stops. Build wise, he appears to be pretty indestructible - perfect for younger children - though I'm sure his ears and tail will soon show signs of chewing.

Worth it's price tag
I won't be able to write a comprehensive review as I can't take it out of the box as it is a present for a one year old. What I love about this toy is that it looks substantial. Have you ever spent a good chunk of money on a child's toy only to find it looks cheap and doesn't look like you spent a lot of money on it even though you did? This toy aesthetically looks like it's price tag. The dog is very cute and larger than I thought it would be. I pressed some of the buttons and a cute sounding voice says the letter and gives an example in a sentence. I only wished I had bought this when it was £9.99 instead of dilly dallying.
