I have tried multiple products in the market like Gummies, Multivitamins under different medical brands etc. I feel this is the best product overall. I didn't feel there were any side effects or withdrawal effects after I stopped consuming. No instant effect or magical effects. I just felt my immunity was improved and I felt more energetic throughout the day. Didn't notice any visible difference in my skin/hair. Didn't expect it either. I am happy with the subtle effects it has. I prefer to start this dose when I have hectic schedule and have to multitask but can't afford to fall sick. Or once in a 2/3 months.
