I have used several cheaper brands of non-stick and realized that they dont last long enough. Be it hand-wash or dishwasher there is a significant loss of smoothness in the cookware.After using T-fal for a week(red color), everyday, the surface is still shiny, smooth and feels brand new. It heats up quickly and evenly and does not need more than 2-sprays of cooking/olive oil.This set is perfect for a family of 2-3 and the large pot is, well, large enough. Naan bread, rotis and sliced-bread brown evenly on the square skillet with little to no butter.All the pieces have soft handles and tempered glass tops making them very comfortable to use! The best part is yet to come. The glass tops fit the round skillets perfectly so you can make soft grilled chicken or a fluffy omlette easily without scouring for the right fitting glass lids :)Finally, the cooking spoons are light, easy to clean and the bent-up heads come handy in setting them aside for a brief moment while cooking.All in all, a perfect starter-kit for fresh cooks or even experienced chefs and especially graduate students (I was one a few months ago)Enjoy cooking in style :)

My husband and I had just rented our first apartment (this was before we got married). When we unpacked we realized we didn't really have any pots or pans or things to cook with. Yes, we were young and didn't really think things through before moving.Anyway, we needed to buy some quickly but wanted quality so we wouldn't have to replace them in a few months. Two plus years later and they're still going strong. I've never had an issue with food sticking to them and they cook food evenly and well. Also, I was going through a red phase at the time so the color was a HUGE plus.

I recently decided to replace my ancient Tramontina non-stick cookware set with a new set of T-fal pots/pans. My mom loved her T-fal pans, so I thought I'd give T-fal a try. I chose T-fal because of the brand's reputation for quality, as well as the ability to wash the pans in my dishwasher (a big selling point, compared to the Tramontina set I was considering).I tried to use the griddle today to cook some breakfast (a couple Griller patties). Griddles should be FLAT. The griddle I received was bowed in the middle, even before I heated it on my stove. Placing a steel straightedge across the bottom of the griddle shows that it is bowed (bulging up in the center) 0.07 - 0.09 inches. While that might not sound like much, it's nearly a tenth of an inch, and means that only the edges of the griddle contact the heating coils of my cooktop. The center of the griddle doesn't make contact with the heating element at all.Sorry, but this is totally unacceptable for a brand new item. Any oil I add to the cooking surface runs to the edges of the griddle. With the heating surface bowed, it does not heat quickly or evenly. POOR QUALITY.I've contacted T-fal through their confusing "contact us" page, and am awaiting their reply.The other pots/pans seem to have flat cook surfaces, with a nice non-stick coating. We'll see....***UPDATE*** a month or so later (5/23/13):I've upgraded my rating for this set from 2 stars to 4 stars. T-fal came through for me, replacing the bowed/warped griddle with a new FLAT griddle, and they eventually paid my return shipping (after several emails insisting on this matter). While I'm not happy that I received a warped griddle in the first place, I am enjoying my new non-stick cookware set. The large pot is heavy duty, made of nice thick aluminum. Great for cooking big pots of "stuff". As a first time T-fal buyer, I'm glad that I selected this set.Thanks, T-fal, for addressing my concerns!

SUPER AWESOME PRODUCT!! Not one complaint!! Great color, super quality and even my husband likes the great non-stick effect and I am the main cooker. Love that the handles are bolted to the pan, unlike other pans you have to constanly retighten the screws, not with this product. Also the lids fit on all pots and pans both not just pots as shown in picture. Make sure to read the directions and condition the pans as stated. (oil them up after 10 or so washings...takes seconds to do.) Have done that with my other big tfal pan and it is still like new after 2 yrs.

Warranty info says it does not cover scratches to the interior. Well that's where it scratches and the coating comes off.

El producto llegó muy a tiempo como siempre, todo viene bien en su caja, los sartenes y ollas están en perfectas condiciones, vienen bien sellados y acomodaddos en su caja, el material es de muy buena calidad, no faltó nada y todo es nuevo.Hay que tomar en cuenta de que es un set para familia pequeña, no son muy grandes, pero para una familia de 4 es suficiente, muy buen color y las tapas son de primera, las de color rojo se ven muy elegantes.

Absolutely loved this set. I bought it on a whim since I was moving and needed my own set, and was on a budget. These were on sale and figured it would be worth a shot. I've had them over a month now, and they're holding up perfectly. They truly are no-stick, and I don't even need oil or butter for cooking pancakes, eggs, etc. I've had no issues with colour fading or transferring, and the red is a lovely rich colour. The ONLY thing I wish was that there was a deeper/larger pan included in the set, but otherwise, it's fantastic and would definitely recommend.

Muy buen producto a un precio excelente. Consideren que es para familias pequeñas, máximo 4 personas; si su familia es más grande no es la opción ya que los productos no son muy grandes.

This is the best pot set I have ever owned. I got as a lightning deal and I love everything about it! Easy to clean, durable, actually NON stick, and oven safe! Matches my kitchen red theme and I am very happy with this set! Will probably last at least 5-10 years!

Excelente calidad de la batería, son de telón, resistentes, funcionales y no son pesados. Incluye una gran variedad de tamaños y accesorios. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
