Lightening struck my house & fried my computer, printer and the surge protector. I was so please to find the newer version of my HP ALL-IN-ONE. The quality is wonderful and purchased at a great sale price. I love the new features and the ease of use. Also upgraded the surge protector.

The CAMERA SUCKS !!! I have had tech support working on this camera, TWO times. They haven't figured out the problem. It worked half-way decent in one Zoom occasion, the ton my next Zoom meeting, it was fading in and out, so I just turned it off.I may have to revert back to a factory RESET (Windows 10), from Windows 11.Tech support was gonna help me with that RESET, but would charge me to backup my drives !!! 😕I guess I'll attempt to do it myself.

Will recommend, easy to set up, great appearance

Thought this would be a great budget-friendly desktop that I was really in need of and I kind of regret buying it. Works okay, just very slow, most of the time. However, on occasion, it won't turn back on and is frozen in sleep mode (I think). I end up having to unplug it then turn it back on. A couple times lately I've had to completely reload windows on it and almost reset the entire computer to get it to function again. Do not buy this computerUPDATE : it's dead. I got a it fixed so it would turn on and load windows again, then a few weeks later right back to the reboot loop problem. So incredibly disappointed and can't afford to buy a new computer

Good for home use

I was looking for a new computer that wasn't complicated, was fast and had a big screen. I'm over 80 and I don't game. I just need email, pictures, searching the web and doing genealogy. This computer meets all my needs
