Worked as expected. Connected gas stove. Easy to install and glad it came with the couplings. I needed them. I highly recommend using a spending a few extra $$ o. better pipe sealant. I didn't trust what was included. When it comes to gas better safe then sorry.

We always wanted to convert the wood burning fireplace to gas. So I had the stupid idea of bragging to my wife that I could build a nicer fireplace than a modern one we saw at a dealer. So when she took me up on it I had to do it.So to create the modern look, I got some inexpensive Broan stainless steel backsplash pieces, I bent them, glued them to some ceramic fiberboard, bought a burner pan, filled it with fire glass, pulled a permit, tapped into my main gas line, installed a through-the-wall gas ball valve, drilled through the ash box, routed all the pipes, welded a strong support stand for all that weight, got a Skytech AFVK-SP-MH/L, and job done!I wanted to be able to revert the fireplace to wood if I wanted to, so to get from the black iron pipe to the Skytech unit I needed a flexible hose long enough to get from the ash box outside all the way in the firebox. This kit allowed me to do just that, and the length was perfect in my case. My not so handy husband and I found ourselves in a pickle when our super old range hose suddenly had a crack in and was leaking gas. We went to about five different stores, both local and chains, and NO ONE had this size! Luckily I pulled up Amazon and searched for this particular size and it popped right up. We shipped through Amazon Prime, received it on time, and installed the next day with ease. The quality seemed much better and much more flexible (though who knows if the original hose was once flexible or not) than the broken one that we had. We even had the gas company come out and check to make sure it was installed properly, and they said everything looked great. I'd definitely buy again, but let's hope that I don't need to. ;)

This is indeed a complete kit. It includes everything you need, BUT there is one problem that could be a major one depending on your installation. The flexible line is only 45" long (from tip of fitting to tip of fitting), not the 48" long stated in Amazon's description. That might not sound like much, but those 3" could cause a trip to the hardware store. If you add all the adapter fittings that come with the kit, it might be 48". Other than that issue, it is very good quality (made in USA). I couldn't use it for my intended installation, but decided to keep it for possible future use.

I consider myself fairly handy, but I hate messing with gas lines. When I bought my super-fancy new range, I had the gas lines redone--they're partially visible--so I bought this primarily because I thought the yellow would look nice, but it turned out to be a great purchase. EVERYTHING you need is in the kit. I know it says it is, but I'm also familiar with kits that say that, so I was prepared to need to dash down to the hardware store a couple times before the range was finally hooked up, but fortunately that was not necessary. The kit is of substantial quality, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and included everything I needed to get my new range up and working.

The hose itself is very high quality and I really like that it was made in USA; makes me feel safer to use a premium product since it's a gas line. The only complaint is it comes with 3 connecting attachments; 2 of which are identical and were too small for both my rear stove connection and also at the wall pipe end. The 3rd was the correct size but with only one in the bag I had to run to the store and purchase an additional one.

I went to my local Home Depot and they were selling the same thing for $35! I came across these on Amazon and went ahead and ordered two to hook up me and my parents Gas Stoves. One of the things that compelled me to purchased these were the awesome Amazon customer reviews which I use religiously to base my purchases across everything before buying.Definitely high quality materials and comes with everything you need. One of the BIG plus it comes with multiple size valve connectors which comes in handy for all different types of homes. Just save yourself a trip to your local hardware store and purchase this from Amazon and you won't be disappointed!
