There were broken glass pieces in the box even though bowls/containers seem to be fine. Why were tgere glass pieces kept inside when bowls were ok and didn’t break ? Don’t they see inside what is this glass pieces ? It seemed as if those were separately kept inside the cover. Worst and not expected from borosil. One clip of the lid is not closing properly

The quality is good. I got all 4 boxes without any damage. The caps fit perfectly but you need to put on with some idea of the size otherwise it may break. I checked for leakage issues but didn’t see any leakage. But you should lock it perfectly. Cleaning of the bowls is easy but the rubber/silicone lining seals of the cap are white which are staining easily. I accidentally dropped one box at 5 to 10 cm height on kitchen table while packing lunch box and it broke into so many tiny little pieces that my hands and feet got multiple injuries. All my food on the table was discarded because the glass pieces flew off in anll directions and rested on top of the food items. Since then I’m afraid to use the other 3 boxes. You should handle it with care. I doubt the quality because I didn’t see any glass broken into such tiny pieces. But anyways it’s my mistake I dropped it. You can buy it only if you can handle with care :)

If hit food is packed then it gets sealed and does not open.

Overall, the quality seems acceptable; however, I received a damaged unit and had to return it. Did not expect this kind of service !!
