I've been there. But I wanted to graduate from using Dixie plates 🤣 These are cute enough to encourage you to exercise and sturdy. Post spinal surgery is going to be slow going so simply sitting on the floor with your heels on these and moving your legs in/out is a great workout for inner/outer thigh mucles. Lots of info online about different movements you can do with these. Love them!

These are awesome! Personally I love the color and I gave their other products. So it was great to add to my collection. I love how they can slide on carpet or wood. They work really well! These add a new twist to your ab workouts. It targets the abs big time!!

Does what it is supposed to do. Good value versus big box stores.

I've been using them for a few weeks and they've been a dream! They glide smoothly and they come with a great, little mesh bag for carrying.

These are great, they make my workouts so effective, and are reasonably priced compared to some others!

easy to use

Cute and convenient in the little mesh bag, but I didn't feel they were very good on carpeting. Some exercises were easier to do than others, but overall, I wasn't impressed. They are probably good for gym mat-type carpeting, but I gave up on using them in my house. I resorted to using paper plates, which work just fine. :)
