This company sells fresh products. I must have ordered oats more than 10 times till date and all the time oats is fresh. Brilliant taste, No smell, cooks perfect. This is traditional oats and and will not let you gain weight due to low to moderate GI. I would recommend traditional oats (any good brand). Avoid fast cooking oats as you may gain weight with that due to moderate to high GI. Stay healthy. Hope this review will help you decide.

Packaging should be improved
It's dusty, packaging is not good, seems like it was drained in rain. Rest the quality is good. Value for money, one can buy this product.

Good but for the husks
Used to buy True Elements but decided to try this one. Taste is marginally better but you get the husk in the mouth quite a few times and that's very irritating. This problem is not there with the True Elements one.
