llFive stars, until something goes wrong. Not my first rodeo, unfortunately. 1) This is a ball POLISHER more than a ball CLEANER. Think of it like tidying up before the hired cleaning service shows up to your house. Step one, super hot water with Dawn dishwashing liquid. This step is to get rid of the grease and chalk, the two biggest enemies of clean pool balls and prolonging the life of your pool felt. This is easy. Let them soak for a minute and use a clean dish rag to tend to any egregious stains and whatnot, rinse them with hot water, and use a cloth or paper towels with as little fiber residue as possible left behind to dry them. Sure, you *can* just feed that grease and chalk into your machine, but it, really is best used as a polisher, unless you want to have to clean the wool linings of the machine often, which I do not. 2) Dried balls, sprayed two or three squirts with the provided polish, each, into the breech! Push the button. It will run twice; spinning one way and, then, the other. 3) Fetch the balls from the machine, hit them with a microfiber rag, and they are done. I am maintaining three Diamond tables with new Aramith Tournament TV Pro-Cup balls (~$450/set) that are in heavy pool league use, with the tables resurfaced with tournament cloth every 12 months. Maintained felt --> cleaner balls. Cleaner balls --> extended felt life. Again, grease and chalk are the biggest enemies. This machine worked marvelously. My only concerns are these: 1) Removing the balls from the machine. Like, I just got these things all slick and shiny... how am I supposed to fish them out of their holes in the machine? This first run, I used a cheap and bendy plastic spoon, while having the machine propped up, at a significant angle, to pop them out. I feel like there is a more efficient solution and might look for a hand tool with a silicone suction cup or whatever to pull them out. Minor issue. 2) The polishing solution that comes with it is great. But it comes in a blank spray bottle. Blank. What is it? IDFK. Round-up? DDT? Drain cleaner? No idea. It doesn't smell terribly chemical. It cannot have wax, really, because of the whole grease issue. Anyway, there is nothing, anywhere, about what it is and how to order more. I will research it and find something because I just burned 20% of the bottle cleaning 5 sets of pool balls (I cleaned the spare, old sets of balls while I was at it). Suffice to say, I will need more, whether through purchasing it reformulating it. Anyway, the machine is impressive and, used right, it will meet your needs, especially if you don't treat it like a rented mule.

People are lying or clueless. This ball cleaner works incredible. It's well made with heavy plastic and premium materials. It's quite and cleans extremely fast. 1 minute forward and 1 minute in reverse. I'm very impressed with the build quality. I didn't expect this for less than 500$. Use Aramith ball cleaner. The included spray might work well. Aramith ball cleaner is my go to cleaner

25+ of this same model going for different prices from different places. I bought this one because it had the spray cleaner with it, It functions as it should, it spins the balls well. But after 20 or so ball cleanings the spray cleaner they sent wasn't worth the extra money.

This machine is quiet, stable, and gives a nice polish. I used to polish my pool balls by hand, but then I decided I wanted something more convenient. I did some research and decided on this brand. I had some questions before purchasing, so I reached out to the seller. To my surprise, the seller responded the same day. I was so impressed with the quick response I thought to myself this is a great company to buy from. If you have the support of the seller that is a sign of a great product. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and if you decide to buy from this company you will be happy, too. Both the product and the seller get an A+ from me!
