fittings are heater hose size, not full size for radiator hoses. Comes with no plug but male spade ends inside a housing for small/tiny female plugs. Do yourself a favor and procure the tiny female plugs or a real plug end that fits into the recess. Easy to wire and light weight, pumps well. I like it as it makes a huge difference in heating the cabin of the car.

Two things are incorrect. One: Suggested connector is incorrect, I've captured here the correct part...269 Motorsports 2 Pin Pigtail Plug Wiring Connector Fits Passat Golf R8 A3 A4 A6. Second: Mounting bracket should be 1.6 inches, suggested bracket is 2.25 inches. Save yourself the return fee for the bracket. So far it works great on my can am. But the bad part is the plug they suggest does NOT fit the pump. I dont know who suggested using that plug but it is way wrong.

Product was wrong bottom but i took apart the top and worked great. Arrived on time.

I installed this on a kawasaki bayou klf400 atv as an "external" water pump when the built in water pump seals went bad (the water pump shaft was partly corroded, and getting replacement parts was impossible). I sealed the old water pump holes with freeze plugs, and installed this. I wrapped foam padding around the metal part and zip tied it to the frame. The electrical connector is difficult to get, it would be nice if they included it, and if they have part numbers for them. Some online places wanted $14 for the connector, and i couldn't even confirm if they were the right one. I ended up using single pins, and filling the connector plug with silicone. I could not find specs for this pump (cfm, etc), you would think that's basic stuff Bosch should publish! This water pump is supposed to be more reliable than the smaller ones others use for atvs, the "mustang" auxiliary pump.

Exact Bosch p/n that I removed. If you are trying to change this pump yourself, I 'think' you might be able to snake it out the back underside of the intake manifold without removing the intake manifold. Remove the air pump first and unhook everything on the back. With a little work you may be able to get it out. I didn't realize this until I was putting everything back together. Just an observation.
