Wasn’t too sure about this at first. I always wanted one, but no way I am paying thousands. Arrived quickly, and well packaged. Unboxed and put together. It took me alone about 1.5 hrs. It isn’t difficult. But please watch the instructional video on here, it really helps. One tip is if you don’t have a second person when attaching the back to the seat, lean it up against a wall to line up bolt holes. The armrest gave me some trouble, but this must have been a common complaint, they come with longer bolts. All in all it’s fairly easy. Once the chair was together, I have been using it for about a week now. It’s fantastic and comfortable. It looks fantastic!! I would recommend it to anyone!!

So 1 week into owning this chair.I have always wanted an eames style chair since I saw one 20 years ago.Will I ever own a real one. I let you know when I win the lottery. But when I found this one at this price I figure. I’d take a shot.It looks great. I picked the black with walnut. Chair with ottoman combo. Did the rubber sponge foam. The seat feels like it is molding to you. But still super dense. Like it will last a very long time. Unlike memory foam which tends to break down after a while imo.Arrived in 2 boxes via fedex. You can’t build it till they both show up. So hopefully you get both on the same day.I built this with no help. But honestly would have liked a second person there.The hardware that comes with it is really good for assembly. T handle Allen key. Wow!The only part of the assembly the was really difficult was attaching the arm rest. They use metric m6-20mm bolts for that part. And you really have to compress the arm rest on to the lint for the bolt to get a bite.Using m6-25mm bolts like they provide for attaching the base would have made this easier.Yes it’s a fixed recline. You’re gonna either love it or hate it.I find this chair great for reading and listening to music and all around lounging.If you have a solid floor but some felt pads. The legs squeaked in my tile floors.Everyone that has seen this chair thinks it looks beautiful and most everyone has enjoyed it.Really is a great statement piece to tie in a room.

The media could not be loaded. This chair was easy to assemble. It came in two boxes and went together in less than 30 minutes. I was surprised at the quality of the wooden pieces! The black material feels average but is easy to clean. The feet adjust to account for any uneven floors. It’s very comfortable to sit in. I am 5’6” and my husband is 5’11” there is plenty of room height wise on the backrest. Overall I think this is a great value!

Great chair, comfortable and looks great. Only had to redo a couple of things when I assembled it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:1) This chair is very low to the ground and so if you are 5 feet tall or less it may be good for you, but for taller person like me it is too low and too much strain getting up from this chair 2) the chair is not suitable for longer sitting as the back angle is fixed with no adjustment possible and so not comfortable 3) the leather is not great. I wanted to return but seller team did not send me pre-paid return label. They took me all kind of loops and questions but refused to provide pre-paid return label. Looking at their approach i am not sure if i will get my refund even if i return after paying shipping.
