However if you struggle with dark spots on your skin/melasma this serum is definitely a helper with guaranteed improvements. It’s not a miracle maker but since I started using it 2x day some of my dark spots lit up or reduced size. More importantly - had no other dark spots appearing on my face since!!! It smells and has the texture of a treatment product- it’s not fragrant at all and if applied in excess will create a yellowish paste on the skin. However if well applied and spread on the skin before your moisturizer none of this will happen. I was quite faithful to caudalie’s vinoperfect serum (has an equivalent cost) but this one, in results definitely makes la roche posay in the lead of anti-pigmentation skincare. Review: Great quality and gives you great results - The product lasted me over two months using it twice a day. It did improve the texture of my skin making it look a lot softer! I think it contributed to reducing my pores. It didn't help that much to remove small areas of melasma, but I guess I will need a stronger product for it. I would say it is worth to buy but I also think there's other brands out there you can get for less and gives you the same result. If I can get it with discount I will get if again for sure!!

Great results after a year!
I’ve been using this serum for about a year now, ever since it first launched, alongside my Korean skincare routine. The difference has been really noticeable. It’s not a miracle cure, but you will definitely see results, most of the hyperpigmentation on my face has lightened. Picture below is before and after (in combo with other products)

Divine smell.
Bought at a great price, and the product most importantly - is authentic. This is the only dark spot serum that works for me. And if you’re looking for a serum that not only the consistency is smooth but smells divine I would highly recommend. The serum melts into your skin seamlessly without any sticky residue and I’ve seen significant results using this serum after sun exposure from the summer months.

Bad product
Terrible product! I bought this serum expecting good results, but instead, it caused a horrible breakout all over my face. My skin was completely fine before using it, and after just a few applications, I ended up with painful acne. To make things worse, Amazon refuses to accept a return even though the product clearly caused a reaction. If you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, STAY AWAY from this

This really smells horrible. I'm struggling with the scent. I will try and finish it. No skin irritation, skin improvement or skin clarity.
