A Transformer May be Critical; Be Sure to check your Computer's power source.
While I have not yet used it out of the country, I tested all the plugs and they worked flawlessly. The unit is small and lighter than I expected, which I like. I like the design where the power cable disconnects from the unit. For me, that makes it easier to manage. Also, I recently purchased a new Lenovo Laptop on Amazon. Much to my surprise the power source does NOT step down 220 to 110 as all my other (Lenovo) Laptops do. I am glad I found out and purchased this transformer before I plugged it in overseas! I am very pleased.

Worked great!
Converter handled my CPAP machine without any problems. Having the right plug for Italy was definitely convenient. Everything got charged up without any problems. Definitely recommend this product

Good option for domestic and international travel.
Perfect for travel domestic and international. Not a five star because the shape of the plug in Portugal is round and converter didn’t fit well, but we made it work at adjusting angel.

2000w outlet works on very few things! See User Manual.
Don't buy this for the 2000 W socket! According to the User Manual, this socket is "Only for hair dryers. This 2000W outlet will work with electric hair dryers that are controlled by a mechanical button or knob... It will NOT suitable (sic) for Electronic control Hair Dryers and Appliances Equipment (sic) with smart chips, automatic shutdown, touch screen, temperature control, timing or pulse function such as Dyson hair dryers."

Great converter
Came in very handy for my trip to Greece! Zero problems and loved the velvet pouch that came with it.

Get this one if you need a step down to 120v for your hair dryer.
This did the job. The old hair dryer worked and at the same time the built in usb ports charged my various handheld devices. The build feels solid compared to other manufacturers, it’s small and did well in the EU and in UK.
