Magnesium Taurate, New & Improved Formula

I noticed a huge increase in bulk when taking this supplement. I recovered better, and increased muscle mass relatively quickly. But this is not a hack. It is just the effect of proper nutrition and adding the right chemicals to get your body to perform how you need it to perform. This is the way to go rather than that cheap stuff you buy at the store that will have next to no absorption.

I have PCPs and so I did some research and came up with the Magnesium Taurate. There are many different types of magnesium, so do your homework as to which one helps which medical issue. Anyway, I haven't had any PCPs since about the third day of taking these.
