Definitely put together a day or 2 before it's needed. It's a little frustrating. You have to assemble both banners. They're worth it though. They're not the cheap paper or thin cardboard ones. We actually took ours back down and saved it. They're made out of felt and extremely good quality! I wish more decorations were made this way. Will be looking for more from the seller/brand for future parties. My 6 year old loved it and loved her birthday. The only downside- we didn't use the paper flowers or whatever they're called. They took forever to make and we couldn't get them right. The hanging decorations were great though and super cute ! Used everything except the paper balls. I did want big mermaid balloons to go with it, and had to order those somewhere else, which sucked some... the set was worth it though!

I think it’s a great value since I only used it one time. The whole set however takes time and dedication in setting it up. You need to needlepoint everything through the string, assemble pompoms which I found too hard to do and threw away, balloons, and unravel the hanging spinning decorations. It took a good 30 minutes of my time, so be aware to set this up prior to the event day to avoid a headache. The colors on it are great, and the happy bday are on nice velvet boards. Overall I like the set and if you have the time and want to save money this would be a good option.

Bought these for the mermaid in our family who’s turning 8 soon. So many pieces! I had fun puffing put the little “balls”....just like we did years ago with the wedding flowers we would make out of Kleenex for the cars! The felt “Happy Birthday” banner is awesome and the cut-outs of mermaids and shells are sturdy and co-ordinate perfectly. Honestly, this package of decorations is almost more than you need to decorate a large room. I was very surprised when I realized how many items were included. You could definitely use most of the items again for another celebration...our grand-daughter will want to have them in her bedroom when the party is done. Many thanks....lots of fun🤗

I bought this mermaid party supply kit for my best friends 37th birthday pool party and as I opened it the night before to assemble it all... I couldn’t believe my eyes! This whole kits is made with such detail, I mean LOOK AT THE BANNER! I had to take pictures because I’ve never received one of felt with great details and glitter + another banner + balloons + pom poms! I am so thankful to have found this banner!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a cute party supply decorations and I would buy anything from this supplier! Thank you for the great product!!

(Half of the balloons were from a different purchase)Ok so the banners were good quality and so adorable. You do need to put them together. The pom poms were a pain in the butt, easily rip and I got over it after the 7th one because its so time consuming fluffing them up. Thats really my fault though. If you buy this plan on prepping everything in advance and not the night before or day of. I made some cute jelly fish with the pom poms and swirly things. In all Id say this is a cute package for the price.

You have to put the banner together yourself. Not a huge deal but all the others I've bought over the years were already made and easy. The weird pom crinkle tissue paper is impossible it do. Might as well leave them out of the package. But the banner is cute itself so I am happy.

I was amazed at all that came in this decorating kit. They were good quality and beautiful! They helped make my daughter's party a success.
