Reasonably Priced and Perfect for My HD 380 Pro
I recently purchased this set of soft fabric ear pads for my Sennheiser HD 380 Pro headphones, and I couldn’t be happier. These pads are incredibly comfortable and made from a much higher quality material than the original ones that came with the headphones. Installing them was a breeze, taking just a few minutes. One of the biggest improvements I've noticed is that these new ear pads don’t shed like the originals did. My wife used to ask, "What's that black thing on your ear?" because the old ear pads would flake and leave black bits everywhere. With these new pads, those annoying little pieces are a thing of the past. No more silly questions or unsightly flakes! The price point is also very reasonable, making this an excellent investment to prolong the life of my beloved headphones. The improved comfort and durability have significantly enhanced my listening experience. I highly recommend these ear pads to anyone looking to upgrade their Sennheiser HD 380 Pro. They’re a perfect fit and a great value!

Nice upgrade to stock pads
Pros:1. Great if you like the velour feel, like the HD6xx and HD5xx cans. I prefer these over the slightly itchy stock pads.2. Comfortable.3. No noticeable diff in sound quality or leaking vs stock pads. Same thickness as stock, more or less.4. Install was really easy. You just pinch and pull off the stock pads from the ear cup (they're durable, don't worry too much about damaging them) and then press these pads on. So easy I did the install a few times to compare sound quality, these vs stock. Tip: when pressing these pads on, press the long ends onto the ear cup, one after the other, first. Then press the sides on, working your way around the cup. I have no idea what to do with the included tool.Cons:1. Smaller than stock pads. They still fit around my ears, but not as generously as stock. I have to be a little more mindful when putting them on so they don't touch my ears which could lead to pressure pain. FYI I'm a 6'2" guy, so large head, but these are still comfortable.

Better than the pads that come with the original headphones
Probably the weakest part of the HD 380s are their OEM ear pads, which fall apart quickly. I got these to replace a pair of degraded original ear pads.First off, these ear pads come with an additional foam piece to sit between your ear and the headphone itself, which is a nice touch (but tends to ripple out a little when installed). The installation was snap-in easy and took about a minute to swap.Once on, these are better than the original - they even provide a better seal and more sound isolation. Material is soft-touch and comfortable, and looks decently made, padding is more pliable and sits better against my head. Reliability is unknown as I've only had them for a week or two, but just from the workmanship they look like they'll hold up better than the originals.Overall, these beat the ear pads that come with the phones hands down, and if I'd known about these ear pads before, I would have replaced the original ones with these back when I got the headphones.

Hard to install, but worth the effort.
Bottom line. If you can get them installed, they're great. Soft and comfortable. Can be worn for hours without fatigue. I have Sennheiser 380 Pro, and the original pads had seen their better days. These pads are NOT the same exact shape as my 380's. The pads are taller and narrower. Thus you have really stretch them to get them on. The tool that comes with the pads is useless. It broke within 2 minutes when I was trying to stretch the pad. It took me 45 minutes to get them installed but for me (thus taking off a star), it was worth the effort. After 30 minutes of wearing them, it felt like I had no headphones on. Since the material is felt-like, they are soft and don't sweat. These pads will allow me to hold on to my 380's for a while longer.

Black velour excellent replacement for PC 350
Black velour breathed new life into my PC 350. So happy this product exists. My original ear pads were totally shot.

Didn't work for me
Myself, I could not fit these replacements on my HD380 pro even after watching a YouTube how-to. Some others had the same problem and some had no trouble. I gave up trying pretty quickly, not wishing to risk damage to the product. Had to return to Amazon. Now shopping for new cans.

Top-notch earpad replacements for HD 380 Pro
I'm really enjoying my Sennheiser HD 380 Pros with these new earpads. Replacement was a snap (literally). They're super comfortable and have the same--if not better--sound isolation compared to the original pads. The inside of the pads are wrapped in pleather which helps with this (check the photos). The outside is soft and comfortable against your head. The pads themselves are a tad bit smaller compared to the originals (in diameter, not thickness), but they still snapped right in. There's just not quite as much space inside the headphones for your ears. I always thought there was a bit too much space anyways, so this isn't an issue at all. The reason I replaced mine (probably the same reason as everyone else) is because the original pads were worn and peeling. I wanted to get replacements that wouldn't do the same later down the road. I should have done this a long time ago, especially given the cheap price!
