Great for healing—worth every penny!I bought this red light therapy lamp to help my husband recover after his rotator cuff surgery, and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made during this whole process. We were looking for something to support healing and reduce inflammation between physical therapy appointments, and this has made a noticeable difference.The lamp is really easy to use—we set the timer and brightness level (usually around level 6 or 7), and he just sits under it while watching TV or relaxing with TikTok. The flexible neck and adjustable height make it super convenient to position exactly where we need it, whether he’s in the recliner or lying on the couch.After a few weeks of consistent use, he says his shoulder feels less stiff and sore, and I’ve noticed he’s sleeping better too. We also love that we can use it for other things—I’ve started using it on my knees after long days, and even for a little skin boost!Setup was simple, the included goggles are a nice touch, and it feels sturdy and well-made. Will update review once I start noticing results. However the light itself is of great quality. Its super bright, easy to function. Powers off / on quickly. Doesn't get hot. Love the functionality of the sceen on the power controller. They provide glasses which is nice. Very easy to put together and function! So far 10/10

OMG! I love love this. I tried it last night on my legs which I am currently experiencing a bad breakout of Eczema on them and for once my legs did not bother me all night and now into this afternoon so far. And the red lights are so comforting and relaxing. So tonight I am going to concentrate on my arms which also has Eczema. And rotate back and forth because I want to heal this crap. But these lights are so good for healing your skin and help with stretch marks, acne and who knows all the possibilities. I recommend using this one and it affordable and so easy to set up.

Compact, flexible arm, very effective! After using this red light therapy lamp, I've noticed increased energy and a happier mood all around. I really enjoy using it and found assembly to be very simple. Great bang for your buck, and very lightweight!

I love this little light. It's actually a lot smaller than it appears in the online ad but is puts out a lot of light. The stand is amazing and so much easier to adjust than others I have had. It comes with a small wall wart power supply or you can plug it into an existing USB-A power supply. I can't comment on it's healing affect on your particular ailment but if the LEDs are as indicated, there is no reason it won't work as well as others on the market. Again, it is very easy to adjust to your height use requirement weather in a chair or on the floor/bed. It arrived in great shape and well packed. I would recommend it's purchase without reservation.

Easy to assemble and use. It was very relaxing and while I was a little skeptical seemed to work as expected.
