This is a fantastic product - I had a few issues with pairing it with my phone but the customer service from Emily in getting things sorted out could not be bettered, she responded so quickly and politely and was determined to sort out my phone issue so now I'm all set up and ready to go. It really is worth persevering with using the app because although I've been using it for less than a week, I can already tell that having the feedback via the app on how well I'm doing the exercises is going to be really invaluable and make a huge difference. I'm in my mid fifties with three children and over the years I've tried all sorts of gadgets and well, just trying to remember to squeeze! but I've never really felt like I was making any progress and inevitably tended to just give up. I never knew such a thing existed but came across these types of exerciser by chance which coincided with me really thinking that i must do something about my pelvic floor as I'm moving past the stage of stress incontinence to the plain old can't quite make it to the loo on time! Its miserable. This exerciser is really good value compared to others and as I said the app is great for feedback - I can already feel that I'm working my muscles much harder and more effectively than I have in the past. I have a long way to go but am really hopeful that this exerciser will make a real difference, Thanks Emily and Joy On for your help as well!

The item arrived and I was impressed with the quality of the product and the packaging.I went to download the app but was given a message that the app isn't available for my device because it was made for an older version of android. I tried an older phone to be told the same thing.Tried to email the supplied email address, which promised to reply to all messages within 24 hours. The email bounced back with the message 'mx1-us1.ppe-hosted.com rejected your message to the following email addresses [email protected]'.I dug out an old tablet and finally got the app working and paired to the device. I was very disappointed. I ordered this device as I was under the impression that the app had different exercises to help strengthen the pelvic floor. In reality the device has a mode which is manual (no need for the app) which adjusts to the strength of your pelvic squeeze. Having never done this kind of exercise, I haven't been able to get it working yet. Obviously need some pelvic floor strength to even begin. When I tried the device paired to the app, 'Massage' mode which is effectively a love egg/vibrator. The app merely switches between different vibration settings. Not sure how it's helping my pelvic floor muscles. I thought that the app would help train/show/track when the pelvic floor was squeezing. It doesn't. In fact I don't see the point of the app at all. This device has not fulfilled what I wanted, and is now useless to me as obviously can't return/refund. I was sorely disappointed by the app and more so that the device won't actually help me with my pelvic floor.

It’s easy to use and the exercises and the app are great but it’s not working for me. I don’t seem to be strong enough to complete any of the exercises. I also think the device keeps moving and turning which distorts the results, so it’s not consistent at all and can’t track progress accurately.

I purchased it a while ago, and now after trying it many times, I decided to review it and share my experience with it:- Super easy to pair and to use it- Bluetooth works well on my iPhone and iPad- App has a lot of useful information (I suggest you read it before starting if you don’t know much about it)- Fun and challenging games on the App (no more candy crush for me, now I have my grip and contraction game that also does something good for me)- It’s a compact trainer so that I can travel with it- Does not make much sound and the battery holds- I hope soon they will add more games to the app (I like them a lot)- I would like to have more massage modes as wellSo that is all, I am happy with my purchase.

Not happy with it. Seemed to work on at first on doing assessment, where the visual instructions are slightly out of sync with the audio, so I don't know quite when to squeeze or grip and let go.However, now it only intermittently seems to register my squeezing at all, unless my abilit has suddenly got much worse, registering zero when I know I'm squeeze it the same amount that at other time registers in 100s.There are no instructions for how to use the games at all, of which there are only 2, so you're left guessing on how to stsrt the damnthings and what you're trying to achieve. I have no idea re the fishing game whatsoever. The written instruction is flashing on and off, so you have no idea whether you're supposed to rest in that time or keep.going. I really liked it when I first got it, but am getting more annoyed each time I try to.persevere.Other reviews say the response from the company is good. I've just written. We'll see.
