Always nice to find a made in the USA product that has that good old American quality that is so rare these days. This fob is a prime example of that kind of quality. I found that my nitro bottle fit inside just right. As another reviewer mentioned, if you put it in with the screw top up, the top can get stuck in the top of the fob lid. No problem, turn the bottle upside down and viola, fits great. It's a little bigger than I thought it might be, but I'm already used to it on my keychain in just a few days. My doctor's office told me to get something like this, not only to have nitro at the ready, but also because EMT's are trained to look for things like this on your keychain. That's life and death information and nice to know.

Able to carry entire bottle of nitrogen unopened this is important because if the bottle is opened the nitro begins to lose itseffectiveness. I wear it on a chain so it's always with me.
