I actually won these when Amazon had it's free giveaways contests. I gave them to my wife because she has always had a problem with constipation because of all the meds she takes. She has tried everything but two days after she took these pills they really worked for her. Now my wife swears by them. She orders them regularly and has had no problems since. The only time she has problems is when she doesn't take them. Highly recommended.

These products have a shelf life of 3-4 years, so why would I have received a bottle that was nearly out of date? I'm afraid to take and can't get a refund. Shipping it back would cost me and that would make what I spent even more. Never again. On all these vitamins, supplements, miracle cures for arthritis...it's BUYER BEWARE. I like that this supplement contains lots of natural ingredients. The psyllium husk powder that’s in the ingredients have many health benefits that includes lowering LDL cholesterol, creates regular bowel movements, helps with high blood pressure, helps with diarrhea, and etc.... I also like that this cleanse just last 15 days, when taking 2 capsules a day as recommended.

I have suffered from Chronic IBS+C for years and tried many products, I was Amazed by the great results and plan on continue to keep on hand.

This seems to be good for occasional constipation. Also not habit forming like harsh laxative choices. I like that there are probiotics in this product so that it may help restore colon health and re-establish natural bowel movements. I may update this post at a later date.
