Excellent dark riadt
Worth the money. Very good dark roast with hints of nut, chocolate, dark cherry. Love this coffee

The coffee was not a dark roast - but very tasty nonetheless!
I am a fussy coffee drinker - this coffee made me smile. Very warm rich flavor even though the roast was not dark (it was more of a regular roast). When I first opened the bag I was disappointed when I saw the lightly roasted beans. But I decided to grind some beans and give it a shot. I was surprised by the coffee's rich flavor and deep chocolate notes. Unfortunately, it is not something I can afford to buy on a regular basis but it was a great treat!

Great coffee
We met the owner's parents while walking the Portuguese Route to Santiago De Campostela, Spain. We were talking about the less than favorable served in Portugal and Spain (they serve Terrefacto which is a method of roasting. the beans with sugar) This guy told us about his kids coffee roasting company in Nicaragua, so I ordered a pound and I admit that it is pretty, damn good! I will be ordering more!

Great Coffee!
I bought this coffee as a gift for my partner after reading the review for over 50 different Amazon coffees. He said that the flavor is very unique and delicious. I see him drinking it many mornings other the many other options we have at home. I am pleased with my choice. You can tell that the company takes great care to create a quality product!

Not worth the price.
I opened the bag and a mild burnt smell hit my nose. It is less acidic than regular coffee. The problem is as a dark roast drinker it is too dark even for me. I don't think it is better than some other brands costing half as much.

This coffee is delicious. Smooth but definitely a dark roast. I agree with all the flavor notes. It does not mess with my tummy either. I ground it fine & used ³ tbls per cup & brewed via the pour over method. It's damn delicious and that's all I know.

Beautiful blend and roast!
Love this blend, a bit darker than normal. For me it is a late afernoon cup paired beautifully with a nice cigar.
