I have to say this Hearing aid is the best one I ever got! The perfect quality with unbeatable price. It comes charging box and many eartips just in case you need to replace it. The battery life is impressive, after fully charge, you can use it for a long time. You don't need to charge it frequently. The earbugs is designed small, which looks better. And it is comfortable when you wearing it. The sound quality is good too. You can hear sounds clearly with it. Overall, it is a great Hearing aids. I really like it.

This is my first hearing aid & when they came I didn't know what to expect or how they worked. When I would put them in it made this screeching noise so I called customer service & the agent was very nice & answered all my questions & have emailed me to check in. I can say that I can now hear things much clearer like sounds people from talking. I feel like I'm back in the game. The quality of these hearing aids seem to be durable & hopefully last for awhile. I also like that there discrete. I can't even tell that I've got them in my ears. Battery last for a long time. I would recommend these

I am really impressed with these hearing aids, they fit just like my oticon hearing aids that I need to replace the battery in. They are super comfortable with glasses on, and the sound quality is excellent.

My husband hearing loss was getting so bad. He has tried several nearing aids and one that was over $6,000.00. He would get about a year of use then they would not work as well. When these Bigprot arrived ( I went by the reviews ) He was amazed that he could hear better with these than the expensive ones !!

This OTC hear aid is absolutely worth the money. My 80yo Dad got it set up and ready to go before I could get to his house. He is raving about it. Easy to use, easy to set up and super comfortable. I am please, he is pleased and Maw is pleased. 5 Stars...easily....my Dad’s left hearing aid stopped working…sounded like everything was faaaaaaaaar away. Sent a text, got an email and a phone call and within 5 days…including Saturday and Sunday…got a brand new set. Not a new left hearing aid…a brand new set. When something you buy n messed up…it happens…the way it is handled is what makes or breaks a product. Bigprot handled it flawlessly. So…still five stars. Thank you guys!

Should have clear not black plastic buds. Good sound. More buds would be good.

I have had three other OTC hearing aids/ hearing amplifiers. This is the best product! I can hear things without it being amplified. It's clear and natural. The device is small. Doesn't feeling like you even have hearing aids! I love this product! I think you will too!
