Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble nutrient produced naturally by our bodies. I purchased these for my husband, but I take them too. My husband is on Lipitor and I read that it depletes your body of COQ10 and this is the most powerful form. He started with the 100 mg but now akes the 200 mg. My husband was taking a nap almost every day and I know it was caused by the Lipotor because he ran out of it a few times and within a few days he would stop taking naps. Now that he takes this suppliments his naps have been reduced by 80% and I'm very happy. I think it must give him more energy. I will keep him on it and have told all my family members who are on Lipitor to take it too.

This seems like a very good brand of Ubiquinol, otherwise known as CoQ10. It's at a good price point too. I'm taking it because I have read MANY health articles saying it supports your heart so I plan to use it long term. (Ideally I would buy Nordic brand, as I think that's even better, but it's more expensive and I think this will do the job about as well.)

This item comes in regularly with Subscribe and Save. Just realized that the quantity sent w/the latest order was for only 100 mg tablets instead of 200 mg tablets but we were charged for 200 mg tablets, a pretty significant difference, especially when we have to take 2 of the smaller dose to equal what works with the 200 mg dose. What recourse do we have?

I take 600 mg/day in preparation for IVF. This gets really expensive, but I am not willing to risk it with a cheaper brand. This came highly recommended by the author of "It starts with the egg." I raised my amh from .2 to .84 in taking for about a year.

Using this brands magnesium since at least 2 years. It is the best in the market. The amount of elemental magnesium is clearly stated in the label unlike most Indian supplement brands who lie about the content and use cheap fillers. Ultimately you get what you pay for.

I am taking ubiquinol 300 mg of kaneka Q thrice a day for last three yrs of another brand for mito disease, but Doctors best for the first time. Presently I can't say how effective it is. give you a review later about product's efficacy . May be right or wrong, I feel one I got now is from old stock, date of expiry is shown as August 2021.The label with barcode pasted is seen stained. Anyway I started taking it, since it's essential to me. Would like to know whether Doctors best sales 300mg ubiquinol. Completed the first bottle I bought. How unique is the role of ubiquinol in the energy metabolism of human body! Doctors best ubiquinol proved it by it's excellent quality.

Brand new, with the best ingredients. Import date dec 2018. Expiry in 2021. Wish indian manufacturers made this with such ingredients(except gelatin that is from animal source) I hope this reduces the harm that atorvastatin has done.
