Sensational. Like most sucklebusters products it isn't too salty, so you don't run the risk of easily over-salting meat. The heat is real! If you love spice it has a great habanero kick. However isn't a painful spice like ghost pepper... the flavor is very unique, it starts with a little salt, then sweet, then heat. Simply awesome ! I've used for chops and wings so far. If there was a better than 5 star, I'd give it!
