Great School Laptop
This product was delivered promptly, and is perfect for my intermediate elementary kids allowing them to get their school work done on clever and iready through the school district. Its light weight and so easy to travel with despite what some of the reviews complained about, the screen looks nice, and while they haven't dropped it yet it does seem to be within the standard range of durable. Also got them set up on all the Google products (easily) but Microsoft was a challenge and half (not a negative to the seller its just a Windows thing) and it meshed well with our wireless router (T-Mobile) and wireless printer connecting easily. This machine is perfect for this use although not robust enough for gaming or graphics programs. When I made my purchase they were offering an external drive with the purchase which is nice since there is not much storage onboard. Just be sure to check when the box arrives that the drive is actually there. Mine was not but the seller fixed the issue upon messaging them.

Bought for school
I guess I’m somewhat bias as I’ve always been an HP fanboy but dollar for dollar I would say this has been a great purchase, it’s definitely no gaming machine but it certainly isn’t a slow laptop either. Applications load up with no issues whatsoever. Never had to force reset this laptop (as of yet). WiFi connects on a dime. Battery hasn’t given me any problems either which was a concern of mine from laptops in the past but I gotta say the technology for batteries has definitely improved. Good bang for the buck, would recommend anyone looking for a decent good looking laptop.

Great computer!!! but…
This computer is absolutely beautiful I love the color the speed in it is great as well! Only complaint I would have is I feel like the battery doesn’t actually hold that much”7HR” charge. It seems to die slightly quick. Other than that overall I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Great!
Works great! I use this daily for my business/ college. Processor is a tad slow when you first cut it on but runs great after a few minutes.

It’s a perfect laptop for school and
I have no complaints, I’ve had it for a month now and it does exactly what I need it for school! Aesthetically it’s very nice . I got a matching mouse and ear buds to pair with it! It’s light enough to haul around! And the battery last for the time I need it for.

Paying The Price For Buying Cheap :(
A big disappointment over the older computer that's still working but needs replacing. My 13 year-old Dell intel core i3 (Windows 8) is still alive ya'll (lol)!!! But needless to say, it's "slow as molasses in January". I only need a computer to write papers and stream videos. I researched the specs for the HP 14 Ultrabook and read the reviews, so I decided to purchase it. The computer came with all the equipment and looked really nice. However, after I began plugging it in, I noticed a few small scratches, and one side of the computer looked as though it had been assembled with glue and was losing its adhesion. That "new computer feeling" had left the room! The streaming quality of my Zoom meeting was horrible, I kept freezing during the call. The depth of color on the screen is weak (there's a lot of glare, especially if the light is directly above you), and no back lighting for the keyboard. I purchased the Rose Gold color, the keys are silver, and the letters are a darker silver. This is a stark contrast to the black keys with white lettering on my current computer (well, you can squint between the lines, lol). My "Old Faithful" is a much better model in EVERY aspect. So, I returned the HP 14 Ultra HP, and will continue to use my old Dell until Black Friday. This was an inexpensive model. It's true, you get what you pay for.
