so far so good. one speed works well
I really can't understand why this massager is only rated 3 and a half stars. It is absolutely fantastic as it has helped ease my sinusitis headache and pressure behind my eyes. It is very easy to use and although I have only had it a couple of days so far it seems to work really well for me. There is another massager by the same company and it has a completely different result. I bought it and sent it back as it felt like there was an electric hammer on my head. It cost £9.99 and I would not recommend it to anyone however this one is fantastic.I have used the facial massage attachment and a stop massage attachment so far and they have had really good results and I'm looking forward to using the rest of them in due course. I have a larger full body massager but I'm only bought this one for my head and legs as I have a few issues including migraines and and a leg issue which I thought this might help with and so far it has done. This is a lovely little gadget which I highly recommend.

Product became very noisy after only 1 month
The product has been a great help to manage soften scar tissue. However, after only one month, it has become incredibly loud and effecting tinitus for the user. There seems no way to reduce the noise of the machine and its unclear how to get a replacement or refund. The product is no longer usable and very disappointing its not working correctly in a short space of time. I would appreciate an option for this to be refunded or replaced

Not the quietest of machines
Bought to use as a convenient aid to treat lower back pain. It does come with a variety of heads so you can use the one that suits your condition best. It arrived charged and though I have used it several times for a few minutes each time it has not needed recharging so far. I thought it was reasonably cheap and easy to use. It is flexible in the middle of the handle but it is quite noisy to my ears. All in all I am satisfied with it and helps keep my backingood shape.

Brilliant bit of kit
This is a brilliant bit of kit! I’ve recently had knee replacement surgery and this is absolutely brilliant for sorting that scar tissue out! The different heads are great for different uses. So happy I bought this it’s a great part to my recovery

item stopped working
Item stopped working correctly after 2 months, the items keeps slowing down then when you move the machine it picks up steed but then when you move it around it stops again, awful, the seller best but uk would not accept that it was not working correctly even thou I had a video showing the machine stopping and starting when every it liked, this seller will not refund beware

Doesn't work properly +heads are just pieces of shaped plastic.
It worked for two minutes when i first got it. Then it started to judder. Slowing down every second or so. I thought it may just need charging so I left it on charge over night. The next day it was just the same. Its almost like the motor is struggling to stay at the speed.Half way down it has a softer bit. This allows it to bend very slightly. If it worked, that may be useful.The heads all feel the same. The face one is too big for the faces groves and too hard for the face too. It needs a sponge end really. The other heads aren't as the advertisement states. They aren't designed for different parts of the body. Too small, too hard. The charging light stays red all the time do no indication if its charged or not.I wish I was well enough to return it.

I am prone to headaches so anything that helps is gratefully received.The pulsing of the massager helps to ease tight muscles and bring ease to the pain.Perfect for neck tension headaches. The cordless function makes it easy to get to the correct aching partIt does work.The full charge means you can massage all the tension away.Ahhh....bliss
