This product works as described. I initially used it on my kitchens blocked sink and the blockage was cleared without trouble. I then used this on all of my other household sinks and the water began to drain faster after use. The product also worked well for faster drainage of my shower drain which is significantly bigger than other drains in the house. Would 100% recommend for all types of blockages/slow drainage issues.

But needs to be used fast so buy only if you use alot..

The bottle doesn’t open and the method didn’t work well

Amazon needs to remove this product from their listings till it can meet basic compliance and quality standards!1) This is a highly caustic compound (which is great for clearing drains) BUT the label DOES NOT state HOW LONG the compound must be allowed to be in the drain/pipe! If it stays in there longer than a "safe duration", it can EAT THROUGH THE PIPE, requiring replacement of the pipe. Such information is critical and should have been posted on the label. I had to search the internet for a label of a competing product (such as Kiwi Drainex) to read their instructions and take a chance with 30 mins!2) The compound is in the form of small CHIPS, whereas the sensible form would have been small granules or powder form! It is supposed to go into bathroom/kitchen sinks which have SMALL HOLES, so what were the manufacturers thinking?!?3) The inner white cap is so hard to take out, that you will have to use a tool to pull it out (raising risk of spilling or cutting yourself)!Do the makers not do any QC or testing before putting their products out in the market? IMO this item should go on your boycott list

There was a clogged in bathroom where it had become like a river if we pour one tub water. I got this n used it .. on first use itself water drained out well. Good and easy to use. Must go for it

Bought this couple of months back, but got a chance to use this only today. I'm disappointed because of two reasons. First of all this is caustic soda! Before buying, I thought this is some kind of cleaning powder at first and bought this at this price. Caustic soda is available in local stores at 1/4th of this price! I already have caustic soda at my home (for cleaning chimney filters) and didn't know that cero is also same. This is really expensive price for caustic soda.And one more reason is that the quantity is very less. See the attached image which shows the box size. It's smaller than a mobile phone. It's my mistake that I bought without checking the quantity.

It was not effective as explained by the dealers. I had to call a drain cleaner personal to clear the problem.

Product works very well it's clean normal blocks.. i ordered second time really good product must buy it..
