This product is a must for migraine sufferers. It’s cool and not harsh feeling and feels amazing when your head hurts. It’s cool also blocks the lights. It will muffle sounds so if sound sensitive it truly helps. Make sure to keep in the plastic bag in the freezer if not the fabric will pick up freezer smells.

Highly recommend this product! It’s a little too intense to apply to sinuses at first but as it warms a bit it’s very effective pain relief for migraines. Can lay on it for neck or pain in the back of the head. I also use this gel pack on my lower back & apply to sciatic nerve pain. Great product!

I can not say enough about this cooling migraine relief. It stays cool for a good time (at least 45 minutes), the slight compression gives comfort without being overwhelming, it’s easy to slip on and off.
