Can i charge a noco boost x gbx155 jump starter with a noco xgc4 56-watt xgc power adapter?

I own both the NOCO GBX155 jump starter, as well as the XGC4 56 watt fast charge power adapter. I can absolutely confirm that this 56 watt power adapter is not compatible with the GBX155. The charger does not have the proper connection. I confirmed with NOCO that the 2 devices are not compatible. It is absolutely inexcusable that NOCO does not have a method of fast charging the GBX155 using ordinary house current. The output of the XGC4 56 watt device is a male cylindrical output (precise size unknown to me), and the input of the GBX155 is a USB-C, I believe. I don't know if some sort of adapter is available, and if it is, if there is some sort of other electrical incompatibility issue that might exist. I think that the mfg. says that the included USB cable is not suitable for fast charging- I think maybe a special higher capacity USB cable needs to be purchased, but I am not sure on this point. Using the included cable, plus an Iphone charger (I think a 12 watt - output = 5 volts at 2400 mA), a full charge (solid, unblinking green light) takes a little over 16 hours when being charged for the first time. The GBX155 did arrive with a partial 2 yellow light charge, so it may take longer to charge when almost completely drained. I think it may be able to be fast charged using the included car cigarette lighter adapter, but I am not sure of this point. You would probably need to do this while the car engine is running (i.e. on a long trip) so that the car battery was not excessively drained. But I am not sure of this point. As of now 12/30/21, (had for 1 day), I have not actually used this for anything, so I can't report on its functionality. I plan on using it for dead car batteries, and perhaps dead cell phone batteries (in an emergency situation etc) Once again, it is absolutely inexcusable that NOCO does not have available a method to fast charge this battery booster. It is even worse that Amazon still has these 2 items- GBX155 and XGC4, listed as 'Being frequently bought together'. They are definitely not compatible. I was foolishly misled by this, as apparently were other Amazon customers. SHAME on both Amazon and NOCO! The GBX155 does appear to be of excellent quality, and well made.

What is the Mah rating on this device?

The user manual rates it at 99 watt hours and it supports a variable output voltage of between 5 and 20 watts. So, running at 5 volts, your mAH would be 99Wh / 5V = 19.8 Ah * 1000 = 19,800 mAH. At 12 volts, you would have 99 / 12 * 1000 = 8,250 mAH. At 20 volts, 99 / 20 * 1000 = 4,950 mAH. From what I've seen, USB power banks usually use the 5V standard for calculating mAH, so for comparison purposes, this is probably the one you'll want to use. Hope this helps!

The boost led does not come on after i plugged it into the battery? any help would be appreciated it

Does any other lights flash? I had a short in the alternator and would cause the exclamation icon next to the battery gauge to flash and the boost LED would not come on.

I bought two of these as I am a owner of a large number of classic cars as well as some lager vehicles like trucks and tractors. I was going to go down the professional gear mechanics use but $4500 a units, and they are huge, was too much so I decided to take a punt on these. As mentioned previous they are great, have started all sorts of equipment from cars to tractors to 13T trucks. I am just about to purchase some more around the 3000A mark and keep the big GBX155 in my workshops.
