Dark and smooth - perfect for my nightly turmeric/ginger/cinnamon tea -- good for removing sticky plaques from the brain (also called brain rot) which block the free movement of neurons and receptors in the brain, thought to wash out the sticky plaques which form when brain cells die and aren't washed away naturally. Honey is brain food. Best wishes to all! 1/2 to 1 tsp ginger (can use powdered) 1 tsp cinnamon (Ceylon is best) 1 tsp turmeric powder 1-2 Tbs honey (pure, raw & unfiltered) (organic if you can) Mix together and add medium-hot water. Very hot water will damage the best qualities of honey. Let it steep for a few minutes. Delicious! Drink once or twice a day.

I usually buy regulars, but I bought California for the first time. During the summer, I used it to make smoothies but it hardened at cold temperatures and did not melt well. I tried various things, such as putting it on top of frozen fruit or putting it at the end before mix, but it didn't work because it seemed to be harder than water candy. Other than that, it's really delicious and I love it when I put it in yogurt and overnight oats.
