The seller was very nice on letting me know in advance that she was being sold without the box, but in perfect condition.... They contacted me before shipping the Barbie away.... I had the same issue as some others. She’s absolutely beautiful but she was opened and the certificate was missing, there was a subtle but long slash in the very top of the plastic along the cardboard and the contents list on the box had the certificate blacked out. She was sold as new and isn’t. My daughter won’t mind but I do as this was a collectible gift for her collection.
