I love these! They offer a good compression and are so comfortable. The material is of good quality. I have long thin arms and they fit perfect! I throw them or when I have a short sleeve t shirt or tank top or on my way to the beach with the roof of my vehicle off! They are perfect and stay in place- especially with the finger holes! I love all the color choices. But it's too tight, especially on the upper arms. I had to cut a slit to make it bigger. It seems to protect against the sun, which is why I bought it.

In one day time, I no longer felt the tiny tingling on my forearm skin. They are a little tight if I put them to a certain height up my arm, but I know where to put them and the pinching feeling is OK when in the right spot.

I don't know if they're COOLING but they are much lighter than what I use in the winter. They keep you protected from the sun. They're not at all heavy but I still feel protected and if in the sun my arms don't feel hot even though they're covered. I can put them in the washer (in a lingerie bag) but they don't go in the dryer. They dry out quickly on the counter.

I am just an old man who was tired of scraping his skin open with the slightest of touch. These sleeves fit well, stay in place for as long as you wear them. Honestly, I can’t tell if they are working, but I haven’t had any blood blisters or scraping open of my skin since I started wearing them. They seem to be durable, but only time will tell.
