Great Value Laptop with Plenty of Ports and Expandability
This 16” convertible laptop has been a great everyday companion for me. Whether I’m browsing the web, watching shows, or getting through work in Office, it handles everything smoothly. I really like how responsive the touchscreen is, and the 360° hinge makes it super convenient to flip into tablet mode—though I’ll admit, it’s a little on the bulky side to hold like a tablet for long periods. The build quality honestly surprised me—it feels solid and well-made, especially for the price. The backlit keyboard is a nice bonus for late-night use, and the fingerprint reader makes logging in quick and easy. The screen is bright and clear, which makes everything from streaming to spreadsheets look good. Battery life’s better than I expected—I’ve been getting a little over 4 hours on a full charge with regular use. And getting a full year of Office 365 included definitely adds value. If you’re thinking of gaming, just know it’s only good for older or lighter games—but that’s totally fine for how I use it. All in all, it’s been a dependable and versatile laptop that fits my day-to-day needs really well.

So Very Disappointed
It came without a user's manual. There is no user's manual online for this product. There is no phone number for customer support for Jumper. The LT worked the first time for about 10 minutes. The second time I went to use it, the keyboard lit, but there was nothing on the screen. Amazon technical support tried to help with no luck. They did help me message Jumper through the Amazon system. We made sure to explain the problems—no manual and nothing on the screen but a lit keyboard. The response from Jumper was ludicrous. They wanted me to charge it again (it already was, or the keyboard wouldn't have lit). They wanted me to take photos of it—of what???? A blank screen??? They never even mentioned how I could access a user's manual. Without a user's manual and with unhelpful support, I lost all confidence in this product and in Jumper. I'm returning this laptop. Too bad too because I was eager to give a newer-to-the-market competitor a try.

Cool design and big screen
Purchased this for my school work. So I only focus on couple things. 1>goood battery life. More than 5 hours and good for me during the trip to school everyday. 2>good screen colors and nice contrast pictures. High resolution also help viewing the text. 3>good functionality, foldable and adjustable stand make it super easy to use. Could be use as a tablet. And very cool. 4> sound quality is about average, to be honest, I cannot tell the differences. These four functions are the most important to me. And it passed all my expectations. I only play simple games. So I am not able to test the gaming experience. Gaming capability is not my concerning here. Overall it is great Values for the computer.

Doesn't rotate screen with Norton's . Windows crashes if overload copilot
I do like this computer a lot . Looks cool. Flips around has a touch screen. W11 is cool . But had rough start . My computer started crashing so I reset windows from the cloud . That stopped 99% of the crashing. Good enough. Then I installed Norton's 360 . Come to find out if you install Norton 360 then it makes the screen rotation not work properly. You will have to go into settings and rotate the screen yourself every time. Other than that I love it. Note most of the crashes I had was when I was getting really in depth into messing around with the AI co-pilot. This issue might actually not be the computer at all it might be Windows 11 glitch .. just like 360 interference with the video drivers ..

everything I needed and more!
The large FHD screen is vibrant and perfect for both work and streaming, and the 360-degree rotation makes it incredibly versatile—I can use it as a laptop during the day and switch to tablet mode for watching videos at night. It’s lightweight for its size and feels premium with its sleek design and solid build. Performance-wise, it runs very smoothly with the 16GB DDR4 RAM and 640GB of storage. The Celeron N5095 handles multitasking with no lag, even when I have multiple tabs and apps open. The backlit keyboard is a great bonus for working in low-light conditions, and the fingerprint reader adds a convenient and secure way to log in. The 1-year Office 365 subscription was the icing on the cake—ready to go right out of the box for both productivity and entertainment.

Okay laptop but maybe save my money for a different laptop.
It was a heavy laptop and the power drains pretty fast. I always have the power adapter anyway. The usb c charge doesnt work, perhaps its for external use. But other than that, it's an okay laptop for being unique with the touchscreen and rotating or flip makes it interesting. The keyboard is a strange design with the track pad always in the way as I type so I disabled it to use a mouse instead. Also the shift button on the right takes a little getting used to since it's so compact and not the same size as the other button on the left.

Laptop and faulty key board
This I got for my son but the keypad is weird and nothing like a regular keyboard. Things aren't where they should be And what u click is not what comes up on the screen. He has had to use only the touch screen to type. He has used it very little since getting it due to this issue
