I’m extremely happy with this massage chair. It looks solid, stylish, and fits perfectly into a living room space. The massage itself is deep, smooth, and very relaxing, especially for the back, shoulders, neck, and legs. Zero gravity mode feels amazing and really helps release tension after a long day. The leg and foot massage is surprisingly strong and effective. You can feel that the chair was designed thoughtfully, with good attention to detail and comfort. It’s easy to use, and feels like a real spa-level experience at home. Great value for the price compared to similar chairs. Highly recommend to anyone who wants daily relaxation, stress relief, and muscle recovery without leaving home.

The chair is the complete opposite of every negative review. Some people are never satisfied. Easy assembly, great message, adjustable pressures, comfortable, incredible value, intuitive. Great chair. I’m 5.9 so im a perfect fit. I could see how someone over 6 ft may not be fully satisfied with the neck and shoulder function. Not oversized. Easy to move and find places to use it without overwhelming the space. Bluetooth and speakers work perfectly. Cell phone and head unit mount work great. Fast delivery.

I've been really stressed at work lately and decided to spoil myself with a nice comfortable chair. This massage chair was the perfect solution. It arrived packaged in 2 separate boxes which fitted through my front door with no issues. The parts were simple to assemble. All wirings had ports that connected to each other to ensure power was available for each electrical massaging component. All compression components had air tubes with connectors to ensure pressure was available where needed. Everything else clipped on and was tightened together with 4 screws. After assembly the chair felt sturdy, soft, and comfortable. I like that the chair after assembled was not as bulky as others. Navigating through the touch screen was user friendly. There are multiple massage modes to choose from which can be set automatically or manually. The functionalities are impressive for the price which also includes the ability to recline with different adjustment capabilities. Setting up the Bluetooth was as simple as just clicking connect on my phone. The sound quality is nice and deep. I like that it also comes with a phone mount which allows me to engage with my phone hands free. Compared to other comparable massage chairs this was a great value for the features provided.

Very nice massage chair once u figure out how to assemble it....the instructions are not the best in any way or form. So to help out would be buyers...use the photo of the chair to help assist in assembly...the arm rest panel A &B has two Allen wrench type screws with washers....there is a slot stub on the cushion part of the chair...install these two screws with the provided Allen wrench for each side left arm rest and right arm rest tighten it up be sure to first connect the air tube to the arm rest. This was the most confusing part of the assembly.the rest u can figure it out as u go along. The instruction is trash.... straight trash...hence 4 stars but the chair is very good and functional after u go through the assembly process. I recommend this massage chair but with caution on assembly....if u not patient u may become frustrated.At the end of the day it's not that hard actually without the instructions. Crazy right! One more thing the power button which shows close and open (on/off)in the instruction manual has it backwards ...the open is actually the close contact of the switch in other words "on" and the close is actually the "off" on the power switch. Hope I helped folks out! Made in China...u already know.

Assembly of the arms was the biggest pain in the a**.. Save yourself the frustration and screw the screws in the holes once before attaching to the chair to ensure they are open enough for the screw bc one of the holes on the A side was a bit small and annoyed me having to fix the screw hole after attachment bc the seat is in the way and requires small repeated turns of the provided Allen wrench. Have a snickers, drink some water and put a fan on yourself before starting assembly. Hint: when zipping the cloak to the chair, just know you have to do it backwards/upside down. I wish I’d just waited and saved up for a fancier one that has rollers that move up and down the body tbh and not just in circles. No ability to adjust the roller height or width sucks too. Shoulder airbags are pretty useless in regards to applying pressure to any part of the shoulder that actually needs pressure to relieve stressed muscles or anything as it just presses against the top of the shoulder so really not sure how that’s supposed to to relax anything. I’m 5’5” and fluffy 290lbs and this chair is smallllll for someone of a fluffy nature. Speakers are also useless and face outwards vs in so you can actually hear anything. I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe and my calf’s don’t fit very well in the leg holder/massager so the foot rollers are weirdly placed when massaging (rolling) the soles of my feet. Summary: You get what you pay for. This chair is a very basic bi*ch chair with nothing really fancy about it. The pedicure massage chairs at my nail salon are fancier. But being almost 40, any sort of rotating pressure on muscles and joints feels decent and relaxing enough. I’d return it if doing that for such a large item wasn’t such a pain in the ass lol. I say save up for something better if you want to invest in a home massage chair in my honest opinion.
