An herbalist suggested this product. Made in the USA and does not contain ingredients you can’t pronounce. In other words, there is not a lot of preservatives/additives to this vitamin! Works really well and gives you what you need. Gives you good energy too.The size and smell are comparable with other multi vitamins on the market. Highly recommend!

I love that just taking this one pill helps me get nutrients I need without having to swallow a handful of individual supplements. I used to drink a green powdered supplement, which worked, but was like eating grass. This is much easier.

I have been taking these for about a year and prefer them to other multivitamins. They are a little big, but that is to be expected with the ingredients. Easy to swallow. They don't seem to have a flavor, but I dont let them sit in my mouth. No vitamin "burp" taste afterward.
